Boutique & Beach Hotel Villa Wolff

A wonderful, little hotel (they only have six rooms!) in the middle of everything in Lapad. The beach, restaurants (even ones that aren't tourist traps), hiking trails, everything is nearby. The breakfast is simple for obvious reasons, so nothing to write home about but if you don't mind eating eggs, you'll get your stomach full. The view to the beach is wonderful, however! The rooms are a bit cramped, especially the toilet, the TV's close to ceiling and so on, but you'll manage there. The staff is absolutely lovely and a highlight of the place! We can recommend it for those looking for an affordable little hiding place amongst the massive hotels and such!

What a cute little hotel! It's situated right along the coast in Lapad and has stunning ocean views. The staff were really attentive, and the breakfast was great.

Comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Friendly, helpful staff, always on duty and able to help. Good breakfast with choices. Located by the Lapad Bay and close to regular bus links to Old Town. Quiet location for a good night's sleep. Beautiful views from the large terrace, which offered sunloungers. Just 60 steps down for a cooling dip.|Highly recommended

This hotel is located in the most perfect location! Everything is close by and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Rooms are casual, nothing special but they are fine the bathroom is clean and there is mini bar. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our window. Also amenities are provided for bathroom. Breakfast is delicious! You have a choice of yogurts and spreads and then you can order off a set menu what you would like to eat. We ordered the bacon and eggs and they were delicious! Fresh and tasty food. Their breakfast is 10/10. The hotel is not accessible by car but there is a close by taxi pick up/drop off. Yes there are a lot of stairs but that is expected in a city like Dubrovnik. Finally, the staff were amazing! Every single staff member was a delight to talk to and have a laugh with. Whatever you desire they are willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dubrovnik again.

Quiet Boutique hotel in LAPAD (sunset beach) ||A lovely warm welcome from the staff and it’s quite eccentric as it only has 6 rooms. Breakfast was basic but enough. Can order eggs (any style via the menu at no additional cost) one room named “Zeus” can become quite noisy early morning due to the little kitchen next door. ||Steps leading up to the hotel can become quite tedious so not recommended for anyone who has issues with mobility as there is no lift. |Whilst there was AC in the room it wasn’t as powerful as it should be as the rooms were still quite warm at night. ||Had dinner in the restaurant CASA which Is joined to the hotel at the bottom of the stairs with sea view which has stunning views. Food was pricey but the view makes up for it. ||Loads of food places near the hotel and found food prices are quite pricey. ||Would definitely recommend this hotel as the location is perfect. A bus ride (bus no:6) takes you straight to the old town Pile approximately takes 12 minutes, tickets could be bought from the “tisak” (newspaper kiosks) for €1.73 one way (validate it once on board the bus up to an hour). ||We did LOKRUM island on the ferry, the ticket costs a round trip €27 which you can get from the old town port. ||A must stay at this hotel as you get both a beach and city break all in one.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast out on the terrace with hot food cooked to order. Terrace is great for sunbathing or sitting with a drink in the evening looking out across the bay. Many restaurants on the same road and a great coastal path when you turn right out of the hotel. Air con in the room is not great and doesn’t really cool it down sufficiently so maybe bring a small plug in fan for by the bed. Also if you are in the room next to the maids cupboard they do start banging around at 6 in the morning so was an early wake up call each day. This wouldn’t stop us staying here again though as it is small and private and personable and fantastic location only 10. Mins ride away from the old town by bus (about 2 euros) so nice to be away from the main tourist hub. The boat to lokrum is definitely worth doing (27 euros goes every 30 mins) as the Dead Sea pool there is amazing and the island is really beautiful with peacocks everywhere. Dubrovnik really is our new favourite place and would highly recommend villa wolff

An ideal location near the water, great views and friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order along with the pastries, yogurt and fruit salad. The coffee machine was not working while we were there but there was hot water for tea. The hotel patio was an ideal place to relax with a glass of Croatian wine after a day of exploring the city

My wife and I recently had a fabulous stay at Hotel Villa Wolff. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to beach, easy access to sea via steps to the right of entrance along the promenade, and a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and bars to the left of the entrance along the promenade. We had one of the rooms without a balcony but it didn't matter as the terrace is so nice with amazing views. Breakfast was good and beach towels were provided. Finally, the staff are brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
