This hotel was booked by our travel agent. Not only was the hotel perfectly positioned for our stay, but it was quiet ( in the middle of town during a busy seasonal time) the rooms was very nice with a wonderful balcony and a holiday treat bag. the service was impeccable and have to shout out to Andreas, who helped us every day and met us with a warm smile and lots of nice conversation. We would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in the beautiful city of Merano in northern Italy. Centrally located, with a comfortable and clean room, with all necessary amenities, it included a balcony with views over the bustling main street. Perfect for accessing all that Merano has to offer.

Great boutique hotel centrally located and with very stylish rooms. The staff are also super friendly! Coffee at the cafe is really nice.

Mixed impressions here. There are very good points in favor of this hotel. Its location is just perfect, in the old town close to everything. Although the building is ancient the rooms have been interestingly refurbished and are very modern, quiet and nice. Bedding is excellent. ||Among the less attractive aspects, the entrance hall looks more like the one of a place renting rooms by the hour than that of a 4 stars hotel, there is absolutely no common areas, breakfast is in the adjacent bar and neither practical nor at the expected level of quality and comfort. There is an interesting deal with the thermal baths but note that it only applies if you book directly with the hotel and not through a third party, Front desk staff is nice and efficient. Altogether this is quite a nice place and we enjoyed our stay, but it's a bit flashy, overrated and certainly overpriced for what it offers.

From making our reservation, all service was perfect. The hotel is easy to find, parking is user friendly and we loved our stay. The room was appointed perfectly with a great balcony. The shopping in the area is great too! Breakfast was perfect. I would return here anytime. Every single person working at this hotel is professional and gets a 10 on being guest centric.

ImperialArt Merano exceeded all our expectations. From the first contact to check out, the staff was fantastic. Personal and professional, every need was anticipated and managed perfectly. The rooms are beautiful and everything if clean and functioning. The location is perfect for all Merano activities. ||We are looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel is in the perfect location for a Meran visit. A couple minute walk to the Terme and admission is included with your stay. The view from the rooms is amazing. They have a CD player with several great Italian music CDs which set the atmosphere before leaving the room. Great touch! ||The service was exceptional! We were recommended to go to a restaurant called Deja Vu which was a 15 min walk from the downtown area and we walked in and the place was empty. First we thought this might be a bad sign, but it turned out that this restaurant would classify as Great Fine Dining! Totally under prized for the quality of service and food.||The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate our wishes and we received nothing but stellar service and recommendations. ||This will be the only hotel I'll be staying at in Meran.||Thanks again for making our stay at the hotel a great experience.
