Boutique Apartments Possonium

This time two nights, even in the autumn the atmosphere was wery pleasant, breakfast in Lokal U nas was excellent again. The main railway station just round the corner and the town easily to get by walk. Self-operating accommodation was very flexible. Even if the keyboard was out of order, to get in was quite easy.

Very easy to find and get in - self operating card system. Studio Jägermeister was in the second floor, windows to a green courtyard. Simple, but very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is also modern and clean including towels. Maybe, the step between bathroom and room is a little surprise. I was accompanying my daughter to a concert, we needed only one night stay, so we did not try to cook, but the little kitchen was also clean and the fridge working. Despite the quite hot weather, the temperature inside was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the mattresses of a good quality, not extremely soft or tough. The idea to desing the room according to the spirit including symbols and empty bottles is brilliant. We had our breakfast in the second building in Cafe Possonium and Lokal U nas and it was excellent.

Owner left us no access to our room. No cards in a box. I was left with small child in the middle of the night after a long flight stranded. No receptionist or clear instructions. Staff admitted of wrong booking our apartment. No refund. Truly terrible customer service. Hard beds. The only good thing is just the location. I won't be coming back horrendous customer service and no offer of a refund despite their fault. Beware travelers!!! PS: owner said I have recieved a better suited studio which is not TRUE I have gotten a room for 2 when we were 3. No bedding, duvet, sheets for extra person!!! Lies. Refund is due when service is not up to par. He is covering his a*s. Typical customer service you recieve in Slovakia just greed.

We stayed at the RUM room and for two nights it was okay. Friendly service. The room had enough space for two people. The bathroom was a bit smelly, the toilet lid did not stay up and smashed into our backs several times haha maybe get a new one. The mattress was not really comfortable but the bed sheets were all clean. The couch was super dirty idk what happened there. The best parts were the cat and it was close to the concert location we went to. Overall it's okay for a few nights but I would not book it for a longer stay.

The hotel was literally few minutes walk from the train station which is just great! I highly appreciate the contactless check-in. The rooms were nice, each called after different branch of alcohol - but I think the rooms definitely needed more cleaning... Right next Doors, you can find the best place for pancakes in Bratislava - Lacinka.

Place was easy to find, very clean and large. Small but very clean and comfortable kitchen. I really liked how the place was planned and decorated with very cool features such as a wall made of recycled bottles. It is 15-20 min walk from the town centre. Would definitely recommend this place. The only complaint I have is that there is no mirror in the room and very light curtains. We were on the first floor with windows looking at the main street which had a light on all night. Some black out blinds or just dark coloured curtains could do the job.

Very nice team, very international. Perfectly clean, stylish and cosy room. I was allowed to stay with my dog AND cat :) No more words needed. So cool and really open minded. The Team is very friendly and supporting with all your needs. The Apartments are close to the old town & nice locations. Also the Cafe and restaurant is is very good with all alternative food wishes and needs(vegan//gluten-free...)...and the kitchen chef has such a bright and lovely smile :) You see, i am in love with the whole place and the crew. I can warmly recommend it and will come back for sure....

We stayed in two apartments, RUM and BOROVICKA. Both apartments were very comfortable with bed, sofa and TV, kitchenette and bathroom, equipped with all you need. There is also a small garden at the back of the house. Although situated on the main and busy street, you don't here the noise thank to the tripled glassing. The owner sent us very useful instructions how to find the place, how to enter the main door and find the key, where to park etc. We paid extra for safe parking and it was really useful. It's a dog friendly place which was a big plus for us.
