Very prompt and professional. Purchased a glass food steamer to be shipped to BC from their store in Quebec. Received the package with delicate wrapping style and they used as much as it needed of wrapping bubbles and papers for the sake of glass protection. Glad to support a local Canadian/Quebec business. Great service and super quick delivery! I ordered yesterday on their website and received everything today, I couldn't believe it. They even sent a email to ask if I would be there at the time of the delivery. It was nice knowing around what time they were going to arrive.
