Very nice hotel, excellent location. Two small issues. The AC was a bit weak so it took some time to cook off the room. And the front door was extremely hard to open, as a matter of fact one person from our party gave up and wasn't able to get out of the hotel when he wanted to.

Extremely cheap materials, not healthy and very uncomfortable. Hosts are rude, place is very loud and due cheap materials used , the stay is too loud to tolerate. Wouldn't stay there again even if you paid me.

Great location with immaculate room and friendly staff. Online check-in was easy. Air-conditioning was appreciated in the 35°C heat. Keyless entry was handy, just be sure to remember your code or have it written down somewhere!

A small privately owned guest house, recently under new ownership. We were not sure what to expect because Bulgaria can be a bit third world in places and the star ratings might not always be too accurate. We were prepared for something bohemian, but the hotel and rooms were smart, clean and well-appointed. The owners are very friendly, speak good english and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was continental buffet style and included the excellent local banitsa.|The location is perfect. On the edge of the Kapana with restaurants just yards away and a short walk to the old town.|Thoroughly recommended.

It’s our second time at Coco Guest House and we love every second of it! Perfect location, super nice staff, super clean rooms, easy communication. First time we were with no kids, this time we travel with a 7 yr old and almost 2 and they loved it too!

My husband and I LOVED staying here! Location was terrific, in the midst of cafes and shops. Room was quite comfortable. Very good fresh breakfast. Service was extraordinary. One of the staff even offered us tickets to a sold out opera performance in an ancient Roman amphitheater -- an incredible offer, and the 8th row tickets were free! We'd return in a heartbeat.

A tiny boutique hotel with very good service, Coco recently opened a cool bar on the street level.||No elevator. Rooms are comfortable and quiet but very small.
