There is no reception at the building which would be fine, they give you the code to enter to the building and to the room, the code was not working to enter to the room, contacted with their customer service, take a long time, the cleaning lady also couldn’t open the door, finally 10 minutes later the new code was working.
Second day: code not working again, texted and called customer service for 10 min they was not reachable during the day, finally they picked up the phone, they sent the cleaning lady again, she couldn’t open the door, sent a new code, not working again, only the third code was working.
Second time wasted 20 minutes locked out outside, tried to check out and get refund but they refused, tried to talk with a manager, of course it was not available. The customer service acting like it’s my fault and I can not handle the door (and the cleaning lady also) they just so arrogant and disconnect the phone. Terrible attitude
