Easy access from train station via taxi. |Accommodated early check-in but not very friendly staff. Rooms have different themes and are very comfortable with nice views. No in room coffee facilities or fridge but|Tasty traditional breakfast at 15 Chf each. Shops & restaurants close by. Everything is a steep climb I St Moritz and VERY EXPENSIVE. But this hotel is good value for money overall. |

Very nice place! Service is very kind and helpful at the front desk. Convenient room for leaving ski gear and boots, warm and dry every morning! Walkable distance from ski lift and village center. The rooms are pretty comfortable and very clean. Some are quite small but still very good. Breakfast is great. One down point is the extra charge for making use of the kitchen (in a room that already costs more to have a kitchen). Overall great experience and highly recommended. If you are planning to ski almost every day, definitely take advantage of buying the lift passes from the hotel! It will save lots of money.

The hotel has two buildings: an old part in the back (cheaper rooms) and a new section with a great view, balconies, and large rooms. We booked one of each, and there are lots of differences. If you can afford it, try to book a deluxe room. The view from the deluxe room is fantastic. The women on the service desk were super friendly and gave us excellent advice. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal, and the breakfast was delicious.

rooms are all different and very comfortable, with good location and good view. best rooms are the ones with balcony! there was just one problem: the smell 😬 in one of the buildings (i think the newer one with the rooms with balconies) and the restaurant, it smelled a lot like an extremely strong and stinky cheese or maybe fondue personally for me it was pretty unbearable and it made me a bit nauseous, but maybe it’s not so bad for others other than the smell it’s a very nice hotel and staff is kind too :)

Great hotel in the centre of St Moritz, bit uphill walking from station but nothing too strenuous. Our room had a great balcony view of the mountains & over the town & the restaurant downstairs did great food, my pizza was top quality & the Fondu was tremendous. Definitely worth the trip & not expensive as expected especially in a upmarket majestic place like St Moritz. Would definitely return to this hotel if I come back to St Moritz in future!

Excellent service and location for skiing. 5 minutes walk to the ski resort train up the mountain. Room clean and comfortable and warm, the only thing lacking was a kettle to make a tea or coffee in the room - a basic essential for us Brits :-) Would definitely book there again for our next visit.

The staff are all some of the best I have seen in all my travels. Stav anticipated all our needs , made reservations for restaurants, cars , yacht trip! The rooms were perfect and roof top jacuzzi and view were delightful |Breakfast on the top floor was perfect

Hotel mostly clean and OK. Staff seriously unhelpful. There is a bar on the street, below the rooms that had music blaring until past midnight. When we asked the person at the desk to do something, like speak to the bar manager or call the police, she said "it didn't affect the hotel, so they can't do anything." Both nights of our stay, the music was blaring, bass rattling things in the room. Will NOT come abain.
