This hotel and restaurant sit inside the fortress of Kotor, Montenegro. A highly visited area amongst tourists like us. Beautiful area, point of access to everything from restaurants to shops. It’s cobble-stoned ground makes you step to its historic glory in the old days. Both hotel and restaurant are in a convenient location.
The hotel has that “medieval” vibe with modern touch all over. While the room is beautiful, the bathroom feels and smells moldy, but it’s compensated by welcoming staff and clean bed and pillows.
The restaurant is high caliber. Very tasty menu and very good service. Breakfast selections are A’la cartè and though one would feel that you’re limited to one or two drinks, you can ask for another one (in my case, another coffee americano).
During our 3-night stay, we had beef wagyu tortilla, English breakfast, classic egg and cheese omelet, and egg Royalé with salmon. Lunch menus are great, too!
Great vibe and beautiful people, the experience here is totally worth another visit.
