This place deserves high points, but unfortunately in my case the whole charm had disappeared once we had to ask a hotel manager for help regarding a small issue with our order in the restaurant. I am not a person who complains in general nor I have experience in handling such situations - but I can guess, there are standard ways to solve problems. I really didn't expect a verbal attack at the start and blaming me of things I didn't do, not even letting me to express myself and constantly interrupting. After a few minutes of hopeless discussion - or better to say a constant and unpolite monologue by the hotel manager - I gave up saying that this way of conversation does not lead us to any point. At the end we paid for the non-consumed meal and went back to the room completely devastated.
This is a newly renovated place. A lot of good work has been done to make the hotel friendly. For me however, it is a perfect example how one person can destroy the efforts of the entire team.
