Lovely hotel - very friendly staff, amazing spa - perfect after a day of skiing. Breakfast was top notch & beds were very comfy. We had this lovely mountain view from our room. Definitely recommend

An absolutely great experience at Beau-Sejour. From the very welcoming call to the man in the reception, the room having all needed features, the view, the fantastic breakfast, the amazing SPA including the rebirth. Location is great, and restaurant recommendations and help worked our very well. Can only recommend this hotel and its people.

Stay could not have been better. Everything was wonderful - from check-in, to the rooms and breakfast, to the gorgeous spa. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a long day of skiing! Would absolutely to come back.

We utterly loved our stay at BeauSejour. So many little attentive details considered for busy and tired skiiers. Not a thing was hard work or inconvenient. Every member of staff was helpful, curious, delightful. Delicious breakfast, Very fun spa, wonderful, spacious room with high quality linens. Three tiny bits of feedback--larger towels would be helpful, keep Spa open til 8pm and finally ensure all flavours of tea are available between spa, breakfast bar and 8pm tea bar (we missed our mint tea!) But still 5 star all the way!!!

A beautiful hotel in Champery - traditional, clean rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Friendly, helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. We particularly loved the spa for after a day on the slopes - it was such fantastic value to have all of these facilities included. We hope to visit again soon!

the hotels guys promised to use their position in SwissHottelliers to start legal actions against us if we will put bad review. so here we are.||||shortly, first they lied in room description, offered "room with jaccuzi"; then jaccuzi was in corridor, not belongs to the room - they lied about description, said it was said; then they refused to back money, then, after we showed their lied and we know it - they said they will act legally against us if we will tell it, accusing us in blackmailing. ||||such arrogant behavior from hotel owners. they simply destroyed our vacation. we took flight from Finland to relax, selected them and they we got this, we even left hotel before end of weekend. never get back our money not compensation. ||||starting legal process against them now.

The hotel has such a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

We visited for a birthday trip and the hotel made special accomodations to make it feel special. From accomodating the request for a bottle of champagne upon arrival, to also providing special happy birthday room decorations and cakes on the actual birthday day. They went above and beyond to make the trip very special. The room and the spa are also very nice, and the food in the restaurant is realyl high quality.
