What a beautiful hotel. We had the most amazing time here. They were so accommodating towards my entire family, including my senior dog. Gelu and Martina went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Hangover mood after New Year's Eve. The staff were absolutely understanding that we had a few extra requests. The receptionist even sacrificed her own painkillers. The people are absolutely understanding, friendly and patient. This fits perfectly into the peaceful mountain world. The hotel is grand hotel style, but the rooms are modern.

I have been in the hotel in the beginning of February with my father and it was much more than we expected. The staff was amazing and did everything for us to feel amazing and not to feel that we are in the hotel. The rooms and the arhitecture of the hotel are simply amazing, the view from the terrace after finishing your breakfast it is the doze of energy which you need to start the day. The public transport it is really accessible and leaves from the front of the hotel and you can reach absolutely everything, also the ski slopes in 10 minutes. We will definitely be back in this hotel. It was an incredible experience.

Beautiful hotel in a serene setting overlooking the mountainous landscape and Wiesen viaduct (Viadukt). Very high service level from the young lady present, always hard working, always happy to help throughout the day and give that personal touch. Thank you for making our stay that bit more special. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean, well decorated rooms and a lovely ambiance in the lounge area. Super comfortable beds. Great views from the terrace and exceptional food. I highly recommend this hotel

Great location with beautiful view. A lot of hiking options. Lounge zone with pool , chairs..very cozy. Dinner in restaurant is 3 courses. All great for nice weekend. We just didnt like that checkiutis too early at 10:30 and in the restaurant during dinner was a bit rush in bringing dishes

The standard of rooms in this hotel are truly 5 star. The bedding, pillows, etc were of a high standard and you could definitely tell. We had a wonderful view over the valley and mountains. There was a huge thunderstorm during the night but I slept peacefully all through it, the double glazing on the windows worked a treat! The breakfast was wonderful and it was crisp and sunny so we enjoyed it on the outdoor balcony. Wonderful place and you can see how hard the staff work to make that so!

Absolutely amazing all around. The staff is phenomenal in every way. They go out of their way to ensure you are having a great experience. Amenities - great patio and dining area overlooking the Swiss alps. Cozy area with fireplace to relax and have a drink or read. An open mini bar as well, open 24/7. Bus stop right across the street. Short and long hiking trails nearby by in the town. Easy to handle skii’s with the bus. The bus is the easiest way around the area in general no matter where you stay. Breakfast was excellent. The best restaurant in town is at their hotel and frankly one of the best meals we had in Switzerland (which is saying a lot since the food was phenomenal- and we come from NYC where we get access to great food). The manager and/or owner is an excellent guy. He is memorable in every way. The staff was nice enough to drive us early am when the buses weren’t running. Truly nice people. We really enjoyed our stay there. Everyone is different, but with so much going for it, hard to believe you wouldn’t share a similar experience.
