Pretty good for business and leisure trips. The bigger rooms are really nice. Location is superb. Breakfast is good but not as much variety as in a big hotel. This is logical and was still pretty decent. The people are friendly and speak good English

The sweetest hotel stay during our honeymoon!! The staff was so kind to us the entire stay, and had beautiful details in our room both days. It was the best hotel stay of our honeymoon across multiple locations. Additionally, the room was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Short walks to the Christmas markets and other nice locations. And the breakfast was delicious.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! It’s just a short, scenic walk to town through a beautiful park. The rooms are charming, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We stayed for my friend’s birthday and requested some decorations in the room, and they went above and beyond to make it special—it was stunning! The staff deserves a 10/5 rating—they were truly exceptional. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, adding a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. Isabell, in particular, was an absolute gem—one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. They made us feel completely at home, and we wished we could have stayed even longer. Don’t skip the breakfast! It’s absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and freshly made coffee. This place felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

I had a lovely stay at Boutique Hotel Berial in Düsseldorf. The service personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was simple yet delightful, with everything fresh and nicely presented. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay!

Hotel Berial has become our home away from home every time we are in Dusseldorf. I love the team there, everyone is so friendly and eager to help. The hotel is super close to the city center, shops and the main shopping area. You can walk almost everywhere. There is also a bus station 2 minutes away. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable! We also got a complimentary tea kettle in the room. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, you got everything from fresh coffee to pastries, assortment of cheese, ham, veggies and everything you could wish for, and it costs only 15€, this is such a treat! The ladies there are also so lovely and they always make our Monday mornings easier.

The location of this hotel is good - only half an hour walk from main train station, with a tram stop on one of the street. It's a quiet area as well, with a lovely park nearby. The hotel itself is clean and modern, staff were fab, breakfast was spot on, and it exceeded all my expectations, especially for the price I payed for the 4 nights. Couldn't fault it!

This is an overall great stay from a cost and service point of view. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and sufficient for a single person (got the smaller room). Despite it being the Euros, the prices are kept at regular affordable prices and I enjoyed my 4 days here. The staff in the morning are lovely and the breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. However there are some glaring issues they should try to resolve. It looks like the building hasn't been renovated so key functions aren't working properly. Window blinds are broken (confirmed by the staff) , toilet has difficulty flushing etc. Could improve this aspect
