Boutique Hotel Berial Düsseldorf

The most service-oriented, family-owned (I believe) boutique hotel! Everyone was so kind and warm. Breakfast service was good and the room was quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to beautiful parks and public transportation is quite easy and efficient from here.

Pretty good for business and leisure trips. The bigger rooms are really nice. Location is superb. Breakfast is good but not as much variety as in a big hotel. This is logical and was still pretty decent. The people are friendly and speak good English

Comfortable bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park. Very friendly, very attractive young lady at the check-in desk 😉, who spoke fluent English. Good value for price.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! It’s just a short, scenic walk to town through a beautiful park. The rooms are charming, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We stayed for my friend’s birthday and requested some decorations in the room, and they went above and beyond to make it special—it was stunning! The staff deserves a 10/5 rating—they were truly exceptional. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, adding a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. Isabell, in particular, was an absolute gem—one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. They made us feel completely at home, and we wished we could have stayed even longer. Don’t skip the breakfast! It’s absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and freshly made coffee. This place felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

The sweetest hotel stay during our honeymoon!! The staff was so kind to us the entire stay, and had beautiful details in our room both days. It was the best hotel stay of our honeymoon across multiple locations. Additionally, the room was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Short walks to the Christmas markets and other nice locations. And the breakfast was delicious.

Booked months ago via a website had large room on 5 floor but lift only went to 4th floor - not good for a 70yr old to be carrying suitcases up flight of stairs.
