Boutique Hotel Buta

It was a Tidy & Clean hotel. Well Decorated. The only problem was, it gave a feeling that the hotel was still working under the process of closing. The Casino was closed, Restaurant closed, no breakfast, no room service, I mean the hotel’s activities were minimized. A strange thing was, they charge extra money if you take an additional towel. A very small price, but makes feel why they do that. So, the hotel, personnel are very nice, but somethings give a strange feeling.

Despite its relatively young age, the hotel had already seen quite a bit of life, so there were minor renovation needs everywhere.The Russian interior design style, which even imitates Baroque, is quite over the top. Well, it wasn't mine, but I guess it's fine for many people...The negative thing was that the room I was given - the entire carpet was completely covered in stains, and I didn't feel like walking barefoot there.

Excellent hotel! Very comfortable room felt like home. Staff speaks English and is very helpful! Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in city center.

Good hotel near main centrum. Near a lot of restaurants, bars and tourist places. Big rooms. Nice style. Kind staff in reception.

Wonderful and clean hotel with specious rooms. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here. Comfortable bed, two different size of pillows, many tv channels, great pool in spa.

There is no SPA only a small swiming pool acts like SPA, the gym is located in the SPA room and hardly any room to more around. There are 3 relaxing bed abd on sofa. There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee. In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels.

Pros: 1. The hotel location is great - in very center of the city. 2. The staff is helpful and not annoying. 3. The facilities are in good condition (the main marker for me was the shower cabin - it didn't leak). 3. They were able to organize early check-in for me. 4. They have a restaurant within the hotel (you do not need to search for your meal around when you are out of time). 5. There is a transfer service (it costs more than a city taxi service but you can be sure it will be there anyway). 6. The decoration of the hotel is great.||Cons: Actually all was great.
