Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses

My fiancé and I stayed at Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses for 2 nights. ||Location 5/5 - right in the middle|of the old town but also tucked away in a corner which really elevates the boutique vibe ||Accomodation 4.5/5 - we stayed in a superior room. marvellous modernisation and interpretation of historic building . Furthermore, the restoration is very sympathetic to the pre-existing architecture and preserves a lot of the period features . The bed is huge , comfortable and luxurious. The lighting is moody. I honestly could have stayed in there all day. The only minor complaint is the soundproofing . That said , I dont think much can be done about this ||Shower 5/5 - yes, the showering facilities to me personally can make or break and an experience. The room came with dual heads with great shower pressure. The Rituals toiletries are a nice touch also.||Breakfast 3.5/5- choice is limited but well presented/prepared. I would suggest that the hotel pays a little bit more for premium products to match the premium standards of the accommodation.||Staff 5/5 - very friendly and attentive, honestly cannot fault them ||Vibe 5/5 - if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the hotel for you ||Overall 4.8/5 the breakfast is the main thing that lets the hotel down. Some minor changes to this and the hotel will be faultless

I think personally that this is one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in las palmas. You can have the most amazing suites here. The suites are ultra modern although the historical details of this rich ornamented building are respected and restored to their glory. With all the luxury you can expect in a hotel like this. Totally in accordance to this the breakfast options are just in any way the best. The service that the friendly staff offers is just amazing. And you are treated like royalty. The place is in the old center of town. You everything is walkable. Even close to the ocean promenade. An experience you will not forget. And to repeat!

We were lucky to stay only two nights. Sound insulation simply doesn’t exist — there’s a rooftop bar, and guests leaving late at night walk past the room doors. We couldn’t sleep until around 1 a.m. because of the constant noise. The windows are single-glazed, so every sound from outside is clearly heard.||Breakfast was an even bigger disappointment. What was offered should not be described as a 4-star hotel buffet: the juice was terribly diluted, the milk was off, the eggs were made from powder, there were no croissants left, only some bread. The lady “running” the breakfast service didn’t seem to have any understanding of hospitality standards — I would honestly ask for a refund for that breakfast experience.||The stars I gave are purely for the gorgeous room, which preserved some beautiful historic features, and for the kind cleaning lady who took the effort to join two separate beds into one.

This is a fantastic hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On our arrival, the receptionist kindly gave us some maps and recommended places that we might like to visit during our first trip to Gran Canaria. The staff at the rooftop bar are also excellent, and we were offered a free welcome drink after checking in. ||We were able to travel around the island easily by bus, and the hotel is only a short walk away from the bus station. The hotel and our room was beautifully decorated throughout.

great stay in a renovated old town house. Good location, quiet and comfortable room, tasty breakfast and invating bar on the terrace. Personnel was very atentive and suggested parking in a garage on Bernardino road which is short walk away.

Cozy hotel in an attractive old house with rooms which are a cimbination od old and New, modern design and restored parts. The room was spacious, with Quality amenities, comfortable bed, quiet. The personnel was attentive, kind, they žrtve wellcoming drink on a terace. The breakfast was Rich with inviting tapas. Location is perfect and hotel parking is Just short walk away in a public garage.

Loved this place! We had room 308 so beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. Andres, who works in reception is so nice!!

This is a small modern hotel within an old building, within 10 min walk of the old town Our room was on the ground floor with no view from the window which didn’t matter to us. The room was very well equipped with coffee machine and kettle and a really great shower. There is a small breakfast area with a selection of foods which was very good and no problem getting a table when we wanted. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a nice open air rooftop bar but a bit cold in January. The hotel has an arrangement with a local underground car park 5 min walk away and costs €10 per day through the hotel. You must collect a parking ticket from the hotel before going to the parking just scan the ticket on at the barrier on entry and exit from the car park. Communication with the hotel was great and very efficient.
