Fantastic experience - central to everything - and right on the Kanal - room were way nicer than expected, this is a self-serve type place, your door key will open front door and room door. great experience - highly recommended.

Lovely one night stay with my wife in this restored old warehouse along the old port of Harlingen. It was an extreme windy day/night with the gusts causing the building to tremble. Very spacious and well equipped room including nice bathroom. The reception is in another hotel at some 100 metres down the road, also breakfast is served there. Very nice and well positioned in the old centre.

Excellent location with access to many restaurants and cafes; hotel thoughtfully provided a walking tour map so we took advantage of that and were lucky to happen upon a 17th century re-enactment complete with marching pipe and drum group. Our room was very comfortable with multiple window options to catch a cool breeze (and a fan, which we did not end up needing). If you arrive on a Saturday afternoon your parking will be free after 800P until 900A on Monday morning. That was a nice surprise.|

I recently stayed here for one night and can fully recommend the boutique hotel. Location is great- near to the train station, ferry terminal and restaurants. The view out of the window (on a canal) is lovely, as is the building itself. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you could wish for - including a small fridge, water boiler, Nespresso machine, hair dryer...|Room was very stylish, the shower good, bed comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was ok. You have to check into it in the hotel across the street. Parking is at a premium and the desk clerk really didn't care if you found some or not. I didn't find the reception staff to be very friendly or helpful. The rooms were nice if you were on the harbour side but dingy and damp smelling if you had one with a balcony on the first floor. The wifi was terrible and very spotty. While it was a neat hotel, I likely would not stay again.

Very nicely renovated house into a boutique hotel. Beautiful room. We even had a little terrace. Very centrally located near many restaurants. The bathroom was a bit dark (grey paint) to our taste but that's a detail.

Small hotel with only 7 rooms, I think, and lacking it’s own reception. To check in or out, and to have breakfast, you cross the street to Hotel Zeezicht where the reception desk is at the bar. The check-in process was a lengthy process and quite frustrating, but when we saw the room it was absolutely worth it. ||Room was quite large with everything you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. Kettle and coffee machine in room, our own little patio, large bathroom with huge rain shower and all very clean. My only complaint really is that you cannot press numbers for channels on the remote for the tv, but have to go up or down one step at a time. With some 990 channels it was too frustrating a procedure to even try!||The hotel is very accessible, I would say even for a wheelchair there would be plenty of room to move around the bed and in the bathroom. There is even an elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast is okay but not more. It was rather expensive, so I would not pay extra for it another time. ||Finally, the location is great. We were going on the ferry to Vlieland in the morning, and the terminal is literally across the street from the hotel. It was easy to find parking and it didn’t cost much at all. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We've been here a few times before, and on the floorplans we'd seen there is one room with a tub. We specifically asked in advance if we could get that one, and we did! It was nice to take tubs to warm up after a week on a Waddeneiland mid-January. Breakfast is available for a fee at the Hotel Zeezicht, which is also where you check-in and obtain your room key. The rooms are neat, well laid out, comfortable and attractive. There are vending machines in the hallway. We hope that travel is possible again soon, as we'd love to come back!

Yelp
This hotel has fairly large rooms for multiple people if needed, your basic shower/bathroom, good enough
