Boutique Hotel Dubná Skala Žilina

My room at this “ Boutique” hotel was a HUGE disappointment. More Motel 8 than boutique with no extras you would expect. So dirty and worn with an overpowering floral chemical smell that burned my eyes. I ended up sleeping with the window cracked in 19* temperatures. Desk staff was nice and offered to switch to the room next door however, it had the same issues. I would never recommend this tired worn out hotel to anyone. It is also in a sketchy area that time has not been kind to!

Hotel environment fulfills all my needs. It can be matched with best standard hotel in Denmark, which I know. I recommend to stay here.

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Dubná Skala in Žilina and had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety to choose from. The room was comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the city center and just a short walk to the main square. A great place to stay if you're visiting Žilina.

I arrived at the hotel after midnight without a reservation, and I was really impressed with the service I received at the reception. Veronika, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite the late hour, she made sure I felt welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service!

We had a very large and comfortable room for three people on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately our air conditioning wasn’t working in the room. We called reception but the service man had gone home for the night and the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t change rooms. The lovely receptionist Maria did her best to make us comfortable by bringing two fans to our room and the next day gave us a generous discount off our bill. Whilst we had a hot night Maria was amazing and did her best to look after us !!!

This hotel was an absolute gem! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zilina. The views from my room were stunning and overlooking mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. But what really set this hotel apart was the breakfast. It was simply divine! There was such a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, and everything was fresh and high-quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zilina.

Top hotel! Kind staff, top location. Perfect beds had a hood night sleep. Breakfast was worth 7*******, everything you can ever wish for. High class kitchen! Royal class experience, 4th time we came here. Great! Thank you and we hope to return . Kind regards Martin Netherlands

This hotel was truly surprise. Situated in the heart of thd city, two minutes from main square and from chatedral.|Very comfortable spacious rooms. Good bar and the restaurant. |Staff is very friendly, ready to help, everybody - from reception to a cleaning personell.|Very good breakfast.|Parking in the yard behind the hotel.
