Unfortunately I can’t give anything more than one star to this hotel.
It’s the fakest 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed on. I stayed at the inn suite, one of their supposedly “best” and despite its modern and aesthetically pleasing look, it has a number of flaws I could not believe to be possible at any proper hotel:
1. The worse first: the beds are DIRTY! Random hairs and flakes (!) were found in the bed even before we used it the first night. Just gross. 🤢 I also saw some red-brown little dots on the bed and pray it wasn’t BEDBUGS. It wouldn’t surprise me, after seeing what lies underneath the fake “luxury”boutique look they try to advertise. Also the bed linen has seen better days, tired and pilling, with a terrible fitted sheet (a mixture of cotton and polyester). And they only give one cheap flattened pillow per person, with a (you guessed it) polyester filling. The mattress is also quite saggy.
2. Now, the windows and doors to the balcony, which are less soundproof than a curtain wall. I could clearly hear anyone walk past the river walk underneath us (usually talking loudly) with all windows closed. And it has electric blinders which are all-or-nothing: either you get natural light into your room or total darkness. No linen curtain to provide a soft light to the room while maintaining privacy.
3. They only have the same 2-in-1 shampoo/soap and no conditioner in the bathroom, so it’s really BAREBONES you’re getting for the price of 250 euros a night…
4. Broken fridge
5. They say they have a Samsung HDTV, but it’s a cheap one with the worst Image quality you‘ll ever see. Most noticeable when connecting the HDMI to my phone. There it shows its true (awful) colors
