We had wonderful stay at the Hotel Chrielka. The location is great, close to the old town and beach. The park and playground nearby are very nice. Katharina and Julia are two extremely kind and helpful young ladies. Thank you for all your great recommendations and your kindness!

Good area, tired fittings in the room, great staff. Expensive but that’s Limassol. Quite a few broken things in the room, toilet seat, bin, cupboard door and ceiling tiles. It just feels that they’ve updated some areas but neglected others. Had breakfast it’s €10 and ok, a fixed menu with fried eggs, coffee machine coffee is poor there are great coffee shops nearby instead aswell as great brunch / breakfast places.

A Shocking Lack of Empathy and Customer Service I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing experience at the Chrielka Hotel. While I had a booking with a free cancellation policy, a personal severe medical emergency prevented me from canceling within the deadline. I immediately reached out to the hotel to explain my circumstances, hoping for a compassionate response. Instead, I was met with complete inflexibility. The hotel refused to refund more than $300 out of a $1,100 booking, despite my multiple attempts to explain the difficult situation. Furthermore, my requests to speak with a manager were repeatedly denied, which felt incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. True hospitality is about more than just a cancellation policy; it's about treating people with empathy and understanding, especially during difficult times. The hotel's response was cold and indifferent, showing a profound lack of customer care. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking genuine human kindness or professional service.

The desk staff were really friendly and helped us book a late night taxi. The lobby had a good atmosphere in the evening, but it wasn't noisy upstairs. Great hotel! Note: it can be a little bit difficult to park in the spaces as there are only a few.

This hotel offered everything I needed for a short visit. The lobby was clean and quiet, and the check-in was done in a few minutes. The room didn’t have much character, but it was tidy and had good lighting. The linens and towels were fresh. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which was important for me. Breakfast was simple, with toast, cheese, and some pastries. It’s not a hotel you’ll remember for its charm, but it gets the job done.

I had a really great stay in my hotel, the two receptionists were very nice. I didn’t get the room I booked so ended up with two small beds instead but it was fine. It’s a good location, you can go to the beach by walking 2 minutes, the pool is small but nice and it was empty when I was there! However I think it was a bit expensive for what it was but my guess is you’re paying for the location!

Super hotel, super price/quality ratio. The staff/reception is really friendly and forthcoming. Reception is also open 24/7. Highly recommended and would come here again if I stay in Limassol.

This little apartment hotel situated near the beach offers everything you need - a small kitchenette with the necessities, cleaning every day, a pool, the possibility to order a simple breakfast, a bar and a great location with walking distance to the old town. But what makes it stand out is definitely the staff - kind, caring and helpful and they just make a great effort to ensure your trip and stay becomes a little bit better!
