An amazing place to stay. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful beautiful hotel then you can't go wrong coming here! The hotel grounds are stunning, all of the staff are so friendly, helpful & welcoming. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Our room was perfect with everything you could need with a very comfortable bed. You get amazing views from the hotel with two pool areas to choose from. The pool water was freezing (that would be my only slightly negative comment) but we did visit in late September. Breakfast is just beautiful with a fantastic choice of fresh fruit, pastries, breads etc as well as a menu to choose your cooked meal from the kitchen. You can relax in the little outside bar area & enjoy a drink with some nibbles through the day this is close to one of the pools so very handy if you are enjoying a swim too. The restaurant Casa Linda is out of this world. We absolutely loved our meal there. The dishes were so fresh & full of flavour, very imaginative & extremely well put together. The restaurant setting is just breathtakingly gorgeous & the team are excellent - definitely worth a visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beyond disappointed in this hotel. Quite honestly have never taken time to write a review about a place ever but granted how bad we were treated I had to make some time. Room is supposed to be one of their nicer rooms but it’s tucked away all the way in the back and looks like a dungeon. Staff was friendly at check in and then that night a rainstorm happened. The front gate of the property didn’t work to get back in after a night out when it had started raining pretty bad for only about 10 minutes or so and we were stuck outside the gate with no way to communicate with anyone from the property. I just had surgery on my stomach over a month ago and am not allowed to do anything that could damage a delicate scar, and was forced to hop over this massive fence with the uber driver helping me on one side and my boyfriend in the other while his hand cut open from the rocks and bled. Get to the room, no power - we weren’t messaged the next day to see if there was much they can do and I do understand there was a big flooding in certain parts of town but the next day when we asked if we could get some food, we were met with an attitude and told ‘I’m not a chef’ and was brought a few things which could barely hold us over. Then forgot extra waters and when asked if she could bring some said yes with an attitude even though she had an umbrella and we didn’t so we weren’t able to grab anything. Lastly, WiFi never worked in the room and the service is horrible you won’t get service on your phone back there. We are leaving to check out - granted we took an hour and a half later (by 2 pm) and then told nobody was here to help with our luggage’s. Mind you- we are in the BACK of the hotel with over a 100 steps from the room to the front of the hotel. Like I said - I just got surgery I’m not supposed to be doing external force, when asked if someone can come help with the bags, the same very rude lady ‘well there is nobody here to help with your bags, the bag guy leaves at 1’ … we checked into the hotel and someone had helped us with bags and it was around 2pm (same time we were leaving) and then I let her know - ‘someone helped us bring them here though’ to which she responded … ‘we were doing you a favor’ as if luggage carrying to rooms isn’t standard for hotels and especially one that has hundreds of stairs and rocks to get to point A to point B. Save your money - stay somewhere more local this is tucked away hidden and far from everything. Staff is rude, food is underwhelming and service is horrendous. Beyond disappointed in my stay. Have stayed in over 1000’s of hotels and this has been the worst by all means in terms of service.

An absolute oasis of calm in Ibiza. The design is stunning, effortlessly elegant and full of charm, and the comfort is next level. The beds are incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the morning… but the breakfast is so fresh and delicious, it’s worth it! Both pools are peaceful and never crowded, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location is ideal, close to everything but tucked away in nature, so you really get the best of both worlds. A true hidden gem!

I stayed at Jardines de Palerm during the opening this spring, it was my third year in a row. I’ve never seen the property so beautiful and well maintained. The staff was truly warm and welcoming, always with a smile. The weather was perfect at this time of year, my room was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. I really, really had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the whole team, i cannot wait to come back

We don’t stay at the hotel, but we come to the restaurant Casa Linda regularly. It’s one of our favorite spots on the island. Set in a peaceful, natural environment, the chef offers a refined take on local Spanish cuisine in a setting that feels both grounded and elegant. The food is consistently excellent. From the warm, crusty sourdough to the tender octopus, everything is full of flavor and beautifully prepared. A must-try is the tomato tartare, fresh, vibrant, and surprisingly rich. Behind the bar, a true mixologist crafts cocktails with care and creativity, making every drink as memorable as the food. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome. Casa Linda is more than just a restaurant. It’s a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the best of Ibiza’s culinary and natural beauty.

A Slice of Paradise in Ibiza - An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jardines de Palerm in Ibiza, and I am absolutely enchanted by this exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff who immediately set the tone for what would be a magical stay. The hotel (less than 15 rooms) itself is a true hippie chic gem nestled in the hills of Ibiza. The lush, meticulously maintained gardens create an atmosphere of serenity and complete relaxation. The rooms are spacious, simply and elegantly decorated. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure absolute comfort, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality bath products. The 2 pools are great and offer two different experiences. Relaxing by the main pool with a panoramic view of the Ibizan countryside is an experience in itself. The tranquility here is a true luxury, far from the hustle and bustle of the island. The on-site restaurant is another highlight that truly elevates the experience. Offering a menu that combines fresh, local ingredients with creative flair, every meal is a culinary delight. From breakfast to dinner, each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Dining under the stars in such a tranquil setting made every meal a memorable occasion. The staff is always attentive and ready to fulfill any request with a smile. In summary, the Jardines de Palerm is more than just a place to stay; it's a true experience. A haven of peace where luxury, simplicity, and exceptional dining meet in perfect harmony. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Ibiza. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit to the island!

My fiancé and I stayed for 4 nights and it was the most relaxing and calming experience away from the noise but near enough if you wanted to party- 20 min drive each way to the big clubs and beach clubs. Location is quick walk into sant Josep town with great local tapas bars, restaurants and amenities. Rooms are cleaned each day with a fresh bottle of water and staff are very helpful. Beds are extremely comfortable especially after a long night. We highly recommend this if you are after a bit of tranquility yet want to be relatively near everything.

Great few days at this hotel. Beautiful setting with great views, lovely private rooms, 2 great pools that were never crowded. Bar and restaurant on site also great within a lovely setting. Staff were all extremely helpful however special mention to Martin who helped with transport a couple of times
