We don’t stay at the hotel, but we come to the restaurant Casa Linda regularly. It’s one of our favorite spots on the island. Set in a peaceful, natural environment, the chef offers a refined take on local Spanish cuisine in a setting that feels both grounded and elegant.
The food is consistently excellent. From the warm, crusty sourdough to the tender octopus, everything is full of flavor and beautifully prepared. A must-try is the tomato tartare, fresh, vibrant, and surprisingly rich. Behind the bar, a true mixologist crafts cocktails with care and creativity, making every drink as memorable as the food.
The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome. Casa Linda is more than just a restaurant. It’s a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the best of Ibiza’s culinary and natural beauty.
