Boutique hotel Lumiere

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and it was simply excellent in every way. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely scent throughout – everything feels fresh and well cared for.||The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I even received a room upgrade because it was my birthday – such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special.||The room was gorgeous, clean, and super comfortable. The location is just fantastic – right in the heart of Eindhoven, close to everything.||I felt completely at home here and will definitely book this hotel again the next time we’re in Eindhoven.|A heartfelt recommendation! ❤️

I booked a room for members of my family who were visiting me in Eindhoven in mid-May, and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. From the start, everything went smoothly and professionally.The room was in perfect condition—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

The Best: Super convenient location, truly ideal for being in downtown Eindhoven! The Good: Very friendly staff, intelligently designed room (for the space), electric kettle and coffee machine, access to some dishes for takeaway food, and a chance to do a quick load of laundry! The Not As Good: Rarely anyone at the front desk (although reachable by phone), and when I extended my stay for an extra night, they charged me more than if I had booked the additional night online. :(

The room was very clean and spotless, everyday cleaning of the room and quick response. The staff was very lovely they show me around the area and where to get stuff needed. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel is located in the very centre of Eindhoven! A few steps to st Catherine's Church and to all the places of interest. Train station at 10 minutes walking. Nice shops around. The hotel is comfortable, we chose a economy room without window just for one night, but the bad was perfect and we found all we needed. friendly staff! I recommend!

Staff was friendly and location was good but bathrooms don't have doors, so automatic 1 star. Completely inexcusable. They thought to put automatic lights under the bed but didn't think about a bathroom door? And no, a loose sliding glass panel that doesn't even stay closed doesn't count.

Located near the train station and much of the best shopping. We were grateful we found the Lumiere. Now under new management, our stay was fantastic and everyone was very welcoming. The staff knew different places for restaurant recommendations, and how to accommodate us as guests. We hope to stay in the future.

The staff is lovely and the location is good but the rooms are very dirty. The mattress and the duvet had alot of stains and there was visible mold on the walls. Broken, leaking shower and unusable dirty coffee maker and mini fridge. Stayed at a room facing the back and it was very noisy.|Breakfast is at Dill and Kamile across the hotel and yes that was good and has nothing to do with the dirty hotel. I will never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.
