Boutique Hôtel Marrakech | Bab Hôtel

I stayed at Bab hotel for 3 nights this past April and had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and will arrange your transportation to and from the hotel (make sure you take at Morocco currency). You can get massages for a good price here and breakfast is included. The location was safe and away from the center of the city. The rooms were spacious with an amazing bathroom. The pool isn't appealing but overall a place worth staying!

Me and my partner loved it! The staff is super friendly. The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is amazing, you’ll definitely enjoy that! I also have to say that the spa is excellent. We had a traditional hammam and we can’t recommend it enough! The staff in the spa is superb and make sure you’re always relaxed and well taken care of. Would stay here again!

Beautifully designed hotel, type of boutique hotel. only 5-minute walk from the main street, where you found many restaurants. 20 mins walk from the medina. Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile.

I would like to thanks to the whole personal of the Hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and dinner options, rooms superb, , chilled lounge areas, Spa magnificent, Thanks Maxime, Sabrine, (for speaking Spanish to us), and patience to change our hours for Spa, Dounia, Yassine for helping us to guide us to the great restaurant La Trattoria, Hassan, the cleaning ladies always smiling, Saffa and Aya you have gifted hands for working at that Spa.the gentlemans at the doors, the chefs...i will recomend this hotel to all my friends and deffo we will back.🥰

We organized a birthday for my mom and the hospitality and service were top notch. Thanks to Yassine, mohssine et the brigade. I totally recommend !

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! 1. The rooms stink of paint. 2. The aircon does not work and when you try turn it on it is really loud and noisy 3. On one of the days the water through the taps and shower was not working and the hotel staff was no help of finding a solution for us. 4. On another day the water through the taps and shower was only spraying this brown sort of liquid 5. At the end of the trip they gave us this massive bill saying it was from the mini bar that we used supposedly. (When it was literally just a few bottles of water some packets of nuts) The trick they use is to write in French that if you use them they will charge you but if your not French speaking you won’t have any idea and will have to pay. Unprofessional staff aswell!

I stayed for one night on a business trip. The staff were helpful from the front desk to the restaurant. The quality and variety of food including breakfast and dinner, were great! The chefs are doing an amazing job. However, I have one concern about the noise nearby, especially after midnight. Steps could be done to minimize such noise. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend this place
