The room was spacious with a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake, which was a delightful experience and the perfect way to start our day. The outdoor pool and tranquil garden had a peaceful setting for our relaxation. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.||We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Just a beautiful place!! The rooms are very clean, have everything you need, even a towel rack on the balcony for your pool towels. The staff is wonderful and work very hard. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Excellent location. Walk to train station 5 minutes and town is 20 minutes along the lake. Very pretty. The outside is so pretty and pool is heated, very clean. The staff is always running around getting things done. I would come again!

The hotel is in a quiet, residential area, a short distance from Locarno centre, but very close to the lake and Minusio train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. The pool and garden area are very relaxing in the afternoons. The Ticino tickets provided by the hotel are great for using public transport - particularly the bus into Locarno or to go to Ascona.

Excellent hotel, nice clean rooms, spacious balcony overlooking the lake or the beautiful well-tended garden, quiet location close to the lake. Great assets in addition are the availability of bicycles and proximity to a small train station.|Very friendly and attentive staff.

I feel sad to give a mediocre review as the staff here was really very nice! But unfortunately the hotel dissapointed massively as it is veeery dated and the rooms are very underwhelming. Cleaning is also subpar. We paid an excruciating price for what we found and sadly were left very deflated. The garden and pool are nice but the day tiger mosquito situation is unbearable. The location was good for us as we enjoyed the 2k walk into Locarno for dinner. The lakeside walk is very pleasant. Lunch options are ok, no dinner restaurant.

Hotel Remorino is a small, intimate hotel in an excellent location not far from the lake and lessthan 500 m from the train station. We drove and found adequate parking just in front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. Housekeeping was exceptional and eager to help with blankets, towels , etc. the furnishings are not luxe but fitting for the style and cost of the hotel. Bathroom was large and modern. Special feature was the balcony. We were on the 3rd floor and enjoyed an obstructed but nice view of the lake. Even more impressive was the garden view. There are tables and chairs set in the garden which had lots of lawn, impressive shrubs and many date palms. There were few plants blooming in late August but we had the impression that May and June were another story. The pool is large and like everything else spotless. There is ample seating in poolside lounge chairs with umbrellas. They serve a rather full breakfast and again everything was tasty and much was sourced locally. In the afternoon you can order lunch, snacks, sweets, and cocktails. The quality and preparation was superb. Finally, the service and staff are also excellent,greeting us every time with a Buon giorno or buena sera. I plan on coming again next year.
