Boutique Hotel Sant Roc & Spa

We stayed one night in this hotel, and it wasn’t very pleasant unfortunately. The main glass door that welcomed us into the hotel was half broken which wasn’t reassuring. Our room was dirty, the carpet had a lot of stains and hair everywhere on the floor, curtains had holes in them, the cups were dirty. The bathroom had black fungus around the shower glass door. The soap dispensers were broken and old, the towels had huge black marks on them. The spa as such looks nice but they’ve put wooden tables in such s humid area so the feet of the tables are starting to get black/moldy as well - the jacuzzi’s were cold, the women’s toilet was dirty. The only thing we enjoyed was the newly installed sauna and the location of the hotel as it’s very central. We informed the manager and the only thing she could provide us with was - if we were to come back (which we won’t) a complimentary stay. For a 250€ a night the least I expected was a reimbursement to some extend, if not everything. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Our room was clean, tidy and beautiful. Interior is very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional and helped us with anything we needed. Mahon is not big but the location is great and you can anywhere from the hotel. We would come again, definitely recommended!

We got one of the rooms on the ground floor next to the entrance and every morning starting from 7.30-8.00 o clock we had a lot of noise since the entrance door was slamming every 10 minutes with people coming and going. Impossible to sleep. The hotel is well situated but the rooms are tiny. Not even space to put the bag somewhere, or the possibility to make a coffee so for 200 euros per night we were a bit deceived. Too expensive for what you get.

Amazing 4 nights holidays. Very clean, beautiful, and cozy hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Great spa and location too.Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located. The service where it involves human resources is excellent. The down side is that our first night was shared with 2 mature cockroaches. There was no outside space to sit in the hotel. Also the spa area was an additional cost of €20 each one hour hire. The room was divided into a space for a small lounge and a space for a small bedroom. In my opinion, it would have been a better use of space without the divider as it only housed a television either side. The place is ideal for people who want to be central. There is a cafe opposite the hotel which is excellent for morning and daytime snacks. I would recommend the hotel for a place to stay on a weekend visit.

Great staff, good beds super walkable area. If you get a car, parking lots do get full but there are a few of them and they are super cheap. Beds are comfortable. Would stay here again

Great hotel near the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

Facilities good clean tidy spec. Hot water issue was resolved quickly. Good in parts don’t bring the car unless you fancy a long walk or pay E20 a day. The spa €20 . If you don’t fancy breakfast there is a great coffee shop over the road.Compared o similar overpriced merde in the uk particularly the europa hotel Crawley (avoid). It’s great.
