We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is absolutely amazing and beautiful, we loved our room. It's thoughtfully and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options and the restaurant/ cafe backyard style is beautiful. It's located right in the city centre and you can get anywhere easily.

The most incredible experience ever. The spa takes you to a different world, what a beautiful feeling. The massage was incredible. Thank you, great team!

Stayed in this hotel for our wedding weekend back in August. Overall it was a great experience, the room was spacious and we loved the design. The hotel’s breakfast was also amazing. The spa is a must see , so unique and special. My only negative comment is towards the staff and general management. We didn’t feel welcome at all and almost got kicked out of the spa due to a rude employees mistake. Service needs to be improved as well as attention to details and guests. I would say it is closer to a 4 star hotel, compared to other 5 stars I’ve stayed at.

Probably the best spa I’ve ever been to and had it to ourselves for a whole hour!

I decided to treat my daughter to a spa treatment during our visit to Mahon. I’ve been to a fair few spas in my time, but nothing has ever come close to the absolute perfection of the Illa Spa. Firstly, the women who gave us our massages were fantastic. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions of giving a massage, but I really felt like everything was being done with the utmost care and regard by my masseuse and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The facial was equally good, and we were both blown away by how wonderful we felt at the end of it. We were led down to the spa, which is in a spectacular vaulted rock cavern under the hotel. It was incredible, but none of the photos I’ve seen can really do it justice. We spent a happy hour there, and felt completely rejuvenated at the end of it. If you want to pamper yourself in a place of beauty and serenity, then the Illa Spa is the place to go, I’m retuning next year with both of my daughters and we cannot wait.

We have just returned from 10 days at this excellent boutique hotel. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Barbara, Kelly and Laura. All the staff were professional and client focused nothing was too much trouble.||||Our noble deluxe room had an authentic charm, was bright, modern, clean, very spacious and was comfortably appointed. It was a pleasure to escape there after a busy day sightseeing.||||Reception were very obliging and arranged a number of transfers for us and also a very nice private wine tasting to celebrate a special occasion with friends. ||Breakfast was very good and taken in a charming Menorcan patio where dinner is also served. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and attentive in particular Magnolia, Patricia and Mark (sorry if I missed anyone).||||Jardi de Ses Bruixes is very well situated for the historic centre of Mahon and only a few steps from the bars and restaurants in a very quiet, traditional street full of townhouses. ||||Very close to the harbour and also the bus station (5 or 10 minutes walk) if you want to explore the island. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Yelp
UNBELIEVABLE. DREAMLIKE. Honey, let me tell you. This this place is heaven. Never have I seen a room so large. We had a foyer. Our own staircase. The bathroom was bigger than other entire hotel rooms. After heading up the marble stairs leading to our secluded, huge, charming room, I was continually blown away by the details and integrity of this amazing hotel. That bed? What dreams are made of. So cozy, so soft. The bedroom area had so much space, we each had what seemed like our own wing to organize our suitcases. The bathroom was literally on the other side of our entryway, through two sets of gorgeous wooden doors! A large standalone modern bathtub that fit not only myself, but also my 6'2 boyfriend. From the rain shower with the orange blossom scented bath bubbles, to the his and her slippers and hair dryer tucked inside the round hat box, I could have spent hours in the bathroom alone. But why would you? This hotel has an entire spa, IN A CAVE, in the basement. The grand prize is the salt water pool that extends into two rooms in which you can swim between. It's dotted with several shower like massage tools with different hot/cool water temperatures for the ultimate hydrotherapy experience. Beyond the way, several heated thermal spas, all different levels of heat, infrared saunas and showers. It's insane. Pictures don't do it justice. I would have spent over $100 to swim in this pool one morning, but of course, the price was included with our room. In the morning, complimentary brunch in the lush garden patio. So lush and floral. Your choice or take them all: jamon iberico and mahon queso with quince jam, homemade breads and cakes, gluten free granola, fresh squeezed orange juice and berries and soft scramble eggs with lox and capers, nothing was forgotten. I promise to return to this beautiful island one day and you can bet I'll be spending a week at this beautiful hotel.
