Amazingly beautiful hotel situated perfectly in an amazing city. The owner is a perfect host that caters exceptional fresh and quality food and drinks for an amazing breakfast. I cannot rate this boutique hotel highly enough.

I was in Nijmegen for only one day and staying in a nice hotel was my treat for so much travel. I was so delighted with the Boutique Hotel Straelman. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, but the breakfast was the real star. It was delicious and a really wonderful start to the day. The staff were attentive without being obsequious and very helpful. If I’d been there longer I would have enjoyed relaxing in the lounge too. A really great retreat on a work trip.

The hotel is very "cute" the owner could not be nicer. She is truly amazing. The rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. Our room was originally one bedroom that had a bathroom added to it using glass. Not the best for having any privacy. Our main issue is the size of the room. It is very small with the bathroom added. Not even enough room to put the bags on the floor. This should have been better represented on the listing. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Glamorous, swanky, incredible experience. Pristine room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The decor is so well planned out from the light fixtures to the drinking glasses. Amazing breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Quiet block, centrally located. Can't say enough good things about this place. GO!

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of the WW2 liberation trail stage of our holiday and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and Tanja’s hospitality, first class. Comfy beds, classy decor and tasty breakfasts. Parking available. Close to town centre shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Boutique hotel for 2 nights and it was totally beautiful. From the downstairs lobby and reception when you first walk in to the garden and room themselves, everything is designed with style and taste.||||The host was very friendly and helpful and it had a real local/ family feel to it. Breakfast service was great- highly recommended!!

A hidden gem in the centre of Nijmegen. Only 5-10 minutes walk away from all the shops and city fun. Check it out.||||The 5-room deluxe boutique hotel is designed by the owner herself: Tanja Seegers. The colors, the rooms, the beds, her superb breakfast, her personal attention...it is all there to enjoy. Just get in touch with her and it's all taken care off. ||||Enjoy one of the oldest (roman) cities of the Netherlands and enjoy Tanja's treat. You will love it.

I believe there’s just no better place in Nijmegen to stay, than Boutique hotel Straelman. Perfect location: easy excess from the highway, 5 min walk to the center and closely situated near the entrance of the Ooijpolder, a jewel for lovers of nature, in particular for walkers and bikers. Perfect hotel: quiet, luxurious - this also applies to the breakfast (wow!) - and owned by somebody (Tanja) who clearly takes great pleasure and pride in what she does. Indulge yourself with a stay; you will love it. PS. Bike’s need to be booked in advance.
