I was mistreated at the front desk of this hotel. As I have read several reviews (tripavisor,...) of costumers complaining about the same pattern of mistreatment, and as it seems that all complains point to recepcionists, (in my case, night shift of Thursday June 6th, at 21:00) I have decided to warn you.
Although being a receptionist is a relatively simple task, it certainly requires certain qualities. The costumer asks questions related to the trade, like when breakfast will be served, where is located the dinning room, some directions of local attractions or a good place to have dinner. You do not expect that the receptionist refuses to answer, or being given wrong or confusing information. Even less expected is the experience of being verbally abused.
On the good side, the hotel is centrally located, rooms are simple but clean and breakfast is OK, with efficient waitresses. Overpriced, you could find better options nearby (plenty of good hotels in the same street).
Costumers paid good money for using your premises. They do not deserve being mistreated. Properly addressing this issue would certainly enhance the value proposition of your business.
