Location is very centrally located. Within walking distance to main attractions such as fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle. Stunning view of Parliament which is very impressive to my first visit to Budapest. Great breakfast and they can tailor-made different kind of cooking of eggs. Friendly staff with good service. Room is clean and size is reasonable. Many restaurants are around and waiters are friendly and helpful as well.

When we arrived in Budapest we originally stayed at a centrally located hotel. Unfortunately, it was not easily walkable to historic sites and the view from that hotel was nothing to write home about. We looked for a different hotel and found the Victoria. What an excellent find. Just a fabulous location. The views of the Danube River are amazing. Additionally easy walking distance to many sights in Budapest. The rooms are spotless. It is also walking distance to various restaurants. My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at his hotel.

Hotel Boutique Victoria Budapest is one of the best and most recommended hotels we have stayed at during our Europe trips since 2022. We stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the tram station, and approximately 30–45 minutes to the Parliament Building by public transport. We stayed on the 8th (top) floor, which we requested in advance. There was an additional charge of €57 in total for city tax and to secure the room. The rate included breakfast, and the breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety such as eggs, several types of ham and cheese, milk, coffee, fruits, assorted breads and pastries, yogurt, muesli, and oats. Thanks to the Lady who makes the eggs! The room was large and spacious, with plenty of drawers for storage. Amenities included: ✅ Mini refrigerator ✅ Electric kettle ✅ Air conditioning & heater ✅ Water dispenser in the lobby ✅ Elevator ✅ Android tv (Netflix works) ✅ Hair dryer However, the room did not have: ❌ Coffee maker ❌ Iron Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, a convenient location, and good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest.

Staying at Hotel Astoria Boutique was an unforgettable experience. From my room, I had a breathtaking view of the Parliament House reflected on the Danube River. In the evenings, I didn’t even bother with the television—simply turning off the lights and gazing out the window was enough. It felt as if all of Budapest unfolded before me, a magical panorama that made the city feel close and alive. The mornings were just as delightful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and I especially appreciated the warm smile and politeness of the lady serving scrambled eggs. Her kindness added a personal touch to the start of each day. The hotel itself is spotless, with a refined atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Its location is excellent—close to the heart of the city, yet peaceful enough to enjoy moments of quiet reflection. Overall, Hotel Astoria Boutique combines elegance, hospitality, and an unbeatable view. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just stay—you experience Budapest in its most enchanting form.

Five stars for an unforgettable stay! We booked last minute and were thrilled with the value, especially for a top-floor room with stunning views of the Danube, Parliament, and the bridge. The room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight: a generous, high-quality selection included in the price. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well located, especially for a stay on the Buda side. The rooms were clean, the staff were excellent and very welcoming, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Hotel Victoria truly deserves one. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.|We stayed in a top-floor room (8th floor), and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The panoramic view of the Danube River was absolutely breathtaking — Parliament, the Chain Bridge, and the stunning city skyline all perfectly in sight. Waking up to that view each morning was magical.||This boutique hotel is ideal if you’re after something peaceful and not overcrowded. Even though we were told the hotel was fully booked, it never felt busy. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was HUGE and incredibly comfy — one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in.||The staff were fantastic. Every receptionist we met was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful — whether it was booking taxis, offering recommendations, or just a warm smile when coming and going. Housekeeping came daily to tidy and clean, and there’s an option to request a bedding change.||Breakfast was pleasant, with a variety of choices and the option to order hot food fresh. While the hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner service, this wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day — and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A little tip: the restaurant right next door was a hidden gem! Delicious food and the homemade lemonade was a must-try.||One small note: bottled water in the room is €3 if you drink it, but we didn’t mind and just appreciated the convenience.||Overall, our stay was exceptional. If you're visiting Budapest and want stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding service, Hotel Victoria is the place to be!

Avoid this place if you expect normal hotel service!!! There’s no complimentary water in the room — they charge €3 per bottle. Housekeeping was the bigger issue: I stayed 2 nights, and after the first day I asked three times for a towel change and room cleaning. Each time staff said it would be done “soon,” but when I returned around 13:30 the room was still untouched. I had to call again just to get fresh towels. Even after 22:00, the room still wasn’t cleaned. In fact, no one cleaned the room at all during our entire 2-night stay, up until checkout. Very poor service overall and not worth it.
