Mistake to stay in a "Boutique" Hotel. Pretty, but not much comfort and no proper accessibility apart from a lift that struggles to fit 2 people. Shower was great, as were the staff. However, my request for accessibility fell on deaf ears. Unsure whether this was down to the hotel or the booking agent, Hotels.com. However, they told me they were aware of my needs but somehow didn't attempt to fulfil them. I received an early survey from H.com asking " Did you get an upgrade on your room". I said no, and next Q " Why not"? How to leave a person feeling that they have been had! Having seen my responses to the survey the hotel did nothing other than to ask me about my answers. My exit from the hotel was horrible. I was leaving early for the airport. Knowing I had nothing to pay ( because the staff had told me twice) the night porter told menI had to pay €50 in taxes. I said that I was told it was paid, and he shouted at me in French. I explained in French what I had been told and he was hostile, shouting over and over.
I would only recommend this hotel to young, healthy people who will only stay one or two nights and aren't concerned about comfort. I will never again stay in a hotel describing itself as "Boutique!
