Lovely boutique hotel in a superb location. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the service and facilities throughout. Lovely breakfast which accommodated my fussy dietary needs (gluten and lactose intolerant). Staff were knowldgeable about the area and local attractions and willing to converse both in French and English. Alexander, in particular, was fantastic, though all staff were super helpful and polite. Would highly recommend for a few days either for a peaceful break in a gorgeous city or as a business trip stopover.

We very much liked this little boutique hotel right near all the sites of the old town. Our room was small, but very comfortable, and with a nice bathroom. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again next time

I moved here mid stay in Toulouse as my original “hotel” was the stuff of nightmares. ||Booked last minute. ||Gorgeous hotel in a pretty street just off the main square. ||Lovely room, very comfortable. ||Met by a beautiful young man on reception who was so helpful. Allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. ||Bathroom had rituals products provided, which was nice. ||Very clean and comfortable.

Staff was excellent including my late evening arrival. Bed was so comfortable including the pillows. Bathroom was clean and good size. Bath products smelled so good!

Mistake to stay in a "Boutique" Hotel. Pretty, but not much comfort and no proper accessibility apart from a lift that struggles to fit 2 people. Shower was great, as were the staff. However, my request for accessibility fell on deaf ears. Unsure whether this was down to the hotel or the booking agent, Hotels.com. However, they told me they were aware of my needs but somehow didn't attempt to fulfil them. I received an early survey from H.com asking " Did you get an upgrade on your room". I said no, and next Q " Why not"? How to leave a person feeling that they have been had! Having seen my responses to the survey the hotel did nothing other than to ask me about my answers. My exit from the hotel was horrible. I was leaving early for the airport. Knowing I had nothing to pay ( because the staff had told me twice) the night porter told menI had to pay €50 in taxes. I said that I was told it was paid, and he shouted at me in French. I explained in French what I had been told and he was hostile, shouting over and over. I would only recommend this hotel to young, healthy people who will only stay one or two nights and aren't concerned about comfort. I will never again stay in a hotel describing itself as "Boutique!

Location was excellent for exploring Toulouse. Hotel was clean, staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Only downside was that the hotel was advertised with parking but this was in a multistory that was paid separately. This could have been made clear upon booking.

Very nice day in a very modern hotel. Staff were very good and attentive. The location is excellent within walking distance of the old city and lots of shopping nearby. We didn’t have breakfast so we can’t comment on this. The only negative, which wasn’t really a problem, was our bathroom which has glass walls and isn’t soundproof other than that it was a fantastic stay in the nice hotel.
