The hotel was really nice. The room was sweet, clean, comfortable, air conditioned, and had everything I needed.The price included almost daily refills of water bottles, toilet paper, shampoo and soap, and even tooth brush. My room had a private balcony which was great.I ended up staying there for almost two weeks :)And if I even return to chiand Mai, I would probably look for my room here :)I highly recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at the Boutique Hotel Nipha. My room was amazing. The neighborhood is so quiet. There are many restaurants, laundry spots, and stores nearby. The ownership and staff are very accommodating. I wish I could stay longer.Say hi to Derek and S7ven.

Location is great. Just outside the old city, within easy reach of night bazaar. The property is quite rustic and has a charm to it. However, no complimentary tea/coffee and the room was not serviced/cleaned during our 3 day stay, despite putting the please clean room sign on the door.

I almost give this hotel all 5 stars if there is not a loud conversation and chitchatting from a room nearby from around midnight until now (1.30 a.m.) but I went down to tell them already. The room is comfortable and clean. The size is quite ok but it's a bit old-fashioned and some plugs might not work properly. However, the staffs are nice and friendly. The owner lives here and I met him. He is full of positivity and very nice. I choose this place because I needed to do my laundry after a jungle trip and it's near Otteri. I also found that 7-11, Lotus and local fresh market were not far from here. I ordered food using LineMan, there were many good restaurants and the rider came quite fast.

I like the vintage style environment so much, and the location is quiet but quite close with the night market, and there are two lovely cat and dog always go to find people to play with! And the most important is the boss is very nice and helpful, shared me lots of place to go and play! Will come back if i visit chiang mai next time

Great little spot and great value. And as a couple and the place was perfectly situated just south of old town, kept clean and very friendly staff

The stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. At first, because of the host, Derek. Super nice and friendly man who is always helpful and can give you a piece of advice about exploring Chiang Mai. To us, personally, he shared the best Chinese restaurants in Chiang Mai and they were pretty good. Thanks for that. The room is spacious and well decorated. The territory is green and quiet. Hotel itself looks cute and stylish, as for our taste. The price we paid made it a great value, too. Totally recommend staying at this place. Thanks, Derek, for making the first days of our stay in Chiang Mai easy and enjoyable.

Room space were big , comfortable and the owner were nice and also he recommend places that must be visited during my stay in Chiangmai, i definitely love thai food so much ! 10/10 the hotel location is in the city center and close to the airport, about 13-15 minutes away by bike / car , anyway i do really enjoy my stay ..
