Worst/weirdest customer experience I've had in 29 years. I paid $40 for a cardigan, followed the washing instructions, and it fell apart. Went back to the store to explain the issue (within 3.5 days of purchase) & was told to wait for the manager. After waiting for her to arrive, the manager said she couldn't do anything, and that she would ask HER boss if he could do anything and call me within a week. After no communication for a week and a half, I returned to the store to check what was going on, and an employee I'd never seen knew about the situation right away & rudely told me there would be no refund or even store credit.
So, this store has my $40 and I have a faulty item that has to be thrown away. As a small business owner myself, I'm both shocked and disgusted. Have advised my Montreal family and friends to steer clear of this place (Boutique Bubbles is under the same management, so would advise the same there).
