We were delighted to spend one night at this hotel. The owner was very kind and responsive. The room was very warm and cozy. The window overlooked the interior of the hotel. Water and tea were provided as a complimentary gift. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean. The bathroom is clean and shower accessories are provided, free Wi-Fi. A very tasty and varied breakfast. You can see it in the video. You can also choose a hot breakfast. The waitress will kindly help you with this. The hotel has a restaurant. The Steak House offers a discount for hotel guests. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's very close to many attractions. Thank you, I definitely recommend!🥰

My wife and I stayed here on 10-11 October and were impressed. The hotel is quite quirky in a good way and for reception you must pass through the Rosto Steak House which is part of the same establishment. Pleasant and friendly checkin - remember the city tax in cash! Our room was exceptionally good, someone has clearly spent money on this residence. Everything from the room decor, heated shower room floor and comfortable beds are top notch. The room was very clean and peaceful for us - no noise from the street, restaurant or other residents. We enjoyed our stay, albeit one night, and would recommend the establishment. However, it is not suitable for those needing accessibility as there are stairs everywhere.||The Rosto restaurant steak i had was tasy and well prepared, I would definitely return if in the town again. There is a 10% discount offered to residents but mine was denied because I hadn't stated I was a resident when booking (recommended). My bad, as I wasn't aware of this rule, but as the same person booked me into the restaurant as helped us at the hotel reception, you would have thought I should have been fine. Perhaps a useful tip for you.||One minor comment that might be useful to you is that there are no USB charging outlets integrated into the power sockets by the beds which seems to be common these days.

We stayed for 1 night and it was pleasant. Very comfy bed and great decor. Very clean and no noise from outside. However - there was no hot water and we couldn't change the room temperature from our room.

Great location beautiful rooms. Our room needed bigger curtains as they dont fully cover the windows. Also pillows are small and very flat. But other than that its been excellent. Would stay here again.

We booked this property based on the current reviews and we were not disappointed.|The room was very spacious, modern a spotlessly clean, with everything you could need, tea, coffee mini bar etc.|Kosice old town in not a large place and this property is in the perfect position and very quiet.|There is a steak restaurant within the property which was booked on most evenings we were there.|The staff were great and very helpful, I would highly recommend Boutique Slovakia Residence if staying in Kosice and very good value for money.

Superb rooms above an lovley Steak Restaurant - excellent location, meters away from the Cathedral and the Singing Fountains. Helpful staff and the rooms have air conditioning.

This is a really nice b&b. Very centrally located. We felt like secret agents as we approached our room near midnight - open the door to the closed pizzeria and the room is on the right! When we got in the room was very pleasant and had a built in kitchen and very modern bathroom. We slept well and then went to the main location down the street for a very nice breakfast - the omelette is always nice. All in all a very pleasant experience and location could not be better.

The studio we booked was very clean, organized and very comfortable. |The check in is from a distance in the main hotel. |The room is in a restaurant nearby and has lots of smoking clients just outside the door. If you are a non smoker it would be a concern. |But the quality, support and amazing staff at the check in hotel makes up for it.
