I had a lovely experience shopping in store with Angie and Tao. It was my first time shopping the brand and they walked me through the collection, explaining fit and fabrics. Angie figured out my personal style straight away making the process so smooth. I, sadly, don’t speak French (but I hope to) and they didn’t make me feel bad about it. They were very accommodating. I was so appreciative of their help. Thank you! 😊

This is my absolute favorite store in Paris. I always find something unique and well-made. I don't live in France, so Soeur is one of my first stops when I get there. I have many pieces from the last few years that are classically fashionable. This past week, I visited the Soeur in the Marais. The experience was amazing as always. All of the salespeople were incredibly friendly and helpful. I worked mostly with Tao, who brought me my sizing quickly and made wonderful suggestions. I can't wait to go back. Thank you to the whole team at Boutique Sœur Paris Sévigné!

Very friendly sales team, they helped me with a coat and with a number of different items to match. Being on the shorter side, many things in the store didn’t fit well, but they kept helping me and were very kind. They provided all the necessary tax forms and were lovely to spend time with. Definitely worth a stop in the beautiful and trendy area!

This is the best soeur in Paris. The staff is just absolutely amazing. I often times come from London specifically just to buy at this store. Recommended fully.

I visited the store today, there was no customers, staffs were talking together in the middle of the store. I passed them and none of them said Hi or try to offer me anything and just ignored me. So disappointing, I love the brand and I didn’t have this kind of service in other Soeur stores.

I bought leather shoes from this store. I visited the store to ask if i could get them after i lost my screw on the way there, and I was so touched by kind and reliable reception I had never seen before! i visited there, worried that I might have visited for no reason because I was not good at English or French, but a tall, nice staff member with big glasses recognized me and solved the problem right away. i returned home in daze. I was so moved by the staff, the souer brand and the Paris itself! Thanks you very much for your kindness.

I would like to thank Bethea and her colleagues for the amazing service—they were all so patient and professional, and they all spoke English fluently. Bethea particularly really went out of her way to make sure I had the best shopping experience in paris😊 The store itself is also beautifully laid out, and there’s also a cute little garden in the backyard:) overall 12/10!

I love this little clothes store for women .The clothes are made really well and I always feel so french when I wear them! They have such style!
