Boutique Suites

To start with, we had trouble finding the hotel. The signage is poor and can't be seen from the street. Parking is a couple of blocks away. We had difficulty navigating the location and parking, and ended up carrying our bags two blocks uphill to the hotel.||We had a huge room. The room itself was very nice, and we appreciated the blackout shades plus outside window covers, making for a very dark room at night. But our bed was extremely uncomfortable, too low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of, with a very uncomfortable mattress. In addition to that, the cooling system does not function well enough for the heavy duvet that's on the bed. ||The bathroom is poorly laid out - there's no place to put anything close to the sink. ||Breakfast was nothing special, and I wouldn't recommend getting it at the hotel.||I'm not sure why this hotel has a low walking score of 73 on TripAdvisor. It’s very well located for walks into town - a five minute walk (uphill) to the center of the old part of town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Suites Hotel in Los Arcos, Spain, for a very special occasion—my engagement to Lorena—and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly outstanding. A special mention must go to Gareth the wonderful owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His warm hospitality and local knowledge, with recommendations added a personal touch and that made our visit unforgettable. The hotel made our engagement truly magical by decorating our room beautifully and surprising us with a complimentary bottle of Cava. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we will always cherish. The decor throughout the hotel is fantastic, blending modern elegance with charming Spanish touches. Each suite is beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning rooftop bar. It offered breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Additionally, the breakfast spread was a delight, featuring a great array of treats that catered to all tastes and preferences. If you're looking for a place that combines exceptional service, stunning decor, and amazing suites, Boutique Suites Hotel in Los Arcos is the perfect choice. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are off the beaten path and stay in Arcos de la Frontera, you couldn't find a nicer place to stay. As a fan of staying in restored buildings that have been turned into hotels, this was a treat. The room we stayed in, was light and airy and there was plenty of room to spread out. As the hotel is small, the owners can spend time seeing that you are happy with your room and experience. I definitely recommend staying at this small boutique hotel.

Absolutely amazing property to enjoy in Arcos de la Frontera, dare I say the Cadiz region! The boutique restored property is charming luxury, with so much attention to every detail! The owners and staff are so attentive and offer nothing but top-notch service. I have stayed at many properties in Andalucía and it is now on my list of favorites! They offer delicious breakfast options, a PERFECT way to start your day. One is a complimentary breakfast with coffee, local bread and fresh spreads. This more than satisfies a traditional Spanish breakfast. One day being a bit more hungry I purchased an expanded breakfast which had delectable hand made fixings. Both were amazing for any budget. The rooftop terrace is amazing for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each room has a great coffee/tea station. The fridge is stocked with fairly priced snacks & drinks (alcohol). The suites are SO clean, decorated with thought and care. It truly makes sense to use as a home base while enjoying the area. I slept beyond amazing with a comfortable bed and amazing pillows. With the new day of AirBnB there is so much inundation with "boutique" properties, this is the right way to offer service in an intimate and superior setting. P.S. I am dismayed about recent reviews berating the suites. I have worked in hospitality for 18 years, 5 star ultra luxury hotels. This place exceeds quality and is a gem!

Gareth and Paul were the most accommodating, generous hosts. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. This property is absolutely delightful and perfectly located for walking through the old town. We wish we had more time here - Superb!

Pure luxury from the moment we arrived! The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The staff exceeded all expectations and simply could not do enough for us - I.e. Dinner reservations and recommendations, guide to Cadiz! Breakfast should definitely not be missed... served beautifully with an assortment of wonderful savoury and pastry options! The roof terrace for a sundowner is spectacular with panoramic views! Would highly recommend this beautiful small hotel in the heart of Arcos - away from the maddening crowds... simply stunning! Thank you all for a wonderful break!

A wonderful one stay in fantastic boutique hotel, great sized rooms very well decorated, seamless check in at the desk, amazing beautifully laid out breakfast, the staff are very helpful and it even has private parking. I will be definitely staying there again.

It’s a new hotel, only two months old when we checked in. The location is fabulous, with good restaurants nearby and private free parking is only 3 mins walk away (~0.15 miles / ~800 feet / ~242 meters). Great personal service happened even before we checked in! Lucie, the hotel staff contacted us before check in to find out our pillow preferences, and sent us restaurant recommendations in Arcos.||Check in process was easy and smooth with Francisco’s help. The hotel is located on a pedestrian only small slope, Francisco came down and helped us carry our luggage from our car to the room. We even have the options of selecting amenities between Molton Brown, Esteban Paris and Elemis! Water and chilled Cava was offered as welcome drink during check in! ||As for the room, we stayed in San Pedro. This hotel has four unique rooms, and the room that we stayed in is beautiful, spacious, and comes with two air conditioners! There is a rooftop terrace accessible to all guests with a very nice view, lounge chairs, and a mini-bar! ||The hotel owners reached out via WhatsApp’s to welcome us, which is a very nice personal touch!||Overall, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The warm hospitality shown from the owners and the staff was amazing! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Arcos!
