Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant continues to impress with an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The Angus beef strip loin was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, rich in flavour, and complemented beautifully by the mushrooms, peppers, and potatoes, which were all prepared with great care and balance.
The appetizers set a high bar. The bison tartar was fresh, well seasoned, and thoughtfully presented, while the octopus was tender and expertly prepared, showcasing both flavour and texture. To finish, the carrot cake cheesecake was outstanding—rich, indulgent, and the perfect ending to the meal.
The drink selection elevated the experience even further. The Old Fashioned was expertly crafted, and closing the evening with a Taylor Fladgate 20-year-old port was a wonderful touch and an excellent way to round out the meal.
The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, creating a warm and inviting setting that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Service was excellent, as always—professional, attentive, and consistently polished.
