This is a great shop. I have worked with this firm forever. And, I have never been disappointed. From Viking to Hobart mixer. Love every item, I would need an entire room for all their items I could use. Great store.

If you need Western and Asian kitchen supplies with good value, this is your best bet! There might be a little bit of dust on the products but if you know how to wash something in the sink, this is great place for professional chefs and dedicated foodies to find all the basic, quality equipment for good prices.

I went to this store to purchase food temperature thermometer before closing hours, their were customers shopping and the Asian older man would not let me inside the store. Although he was moving equipment outside the store and he refused to let me in to purchase culinary equipment by standing in front of the store while customers inside were laughing that I, a former Dallas Cowboy & Four Season Chef could not enter. I had to post a review and sugguest we don't patronize this establishment. A horrible experience.

Its an institution, one of the coolest places to pickup some inexpensive, professional grade, cooking gear. They have $5 plastic handled prep knives sitting next to $600 sushi knives. This place is worth a trip.

The farther south you go on Bowery, the lower the prices. Bowery Restaurant Supply is pretty far south. They have a solid selection and are worth a visit.

This is often the first place I go to when looking for cooking equipment. They have great selection and great prices.

Place is cramped and it is difficult to find what you want. The staff isn't particularly helpful they just point when you ask if they have something.
