Bowlero Brampton

We visited as a group of seven on a Thursday night at 8pm. Without any deals, it’s very expensive, especially for a larger group.We went for the unlimited bowling for $18.99 per person, including shoe rental for weekdays. The charges are $25.99 per person on weekends. While the staff was courteous, we encountered frequent technical issues. The screens and lanes had glitches, requiring resets every few minutes, which disrupted our games. We ordered French fries, nachos, pizzas, cocktails, and mocktails. Unfortunately, the food lacked freshness and flavor. The fries were hard, nachos seemed stale, pizzas were bland and chewy, and the drinks tasted flavourless and artificial. The washrooms were clean and easily accessible from the lanes. There were no queues during our visit. 

My husband and I have came bowling here a handful of times. The alley is clean, well designed and has great ambiance. The music choice is great too. Recently we have had a negative experience and moving forward we will not be going here unless we have no other option (hence the 2 stars) Firstly, we have came here before and never experienced anything like this but we were told in the middle of the game to go and put our water bottles away, by not one, but two workers. I understand they are doing their job but it just felt rude, how do we abandon an ongoing game, and our personal belongings to go put it in the car? Why not just request us not to bring it next time? Poor etiquette. Also there are no signs indicating no outside drinks (OR water). I did not inquire whether tap water is provided or not, but one would hope so. Secondly, the alley lanes are poorly kept, the balls have so many dings on them as well. The screens glitch, and it takes very long for the pins to reset. Lastly, they are very expensive. My husband and I paid $72. Overall, not really impressed.

Nice and clean place. Was a bit busy and had to wait 30mins for a lane. Seems like this place is newly renovated. Has a retro vibe to it. I have been going to this place before it was bought was Bowlero. Washrooms are clean too. Plenty of free parking.

Oh my goddess this place definitely exceeded my expectations in customer service wow! From the moment my family and I walked in to the location we were greeted by someone right at the door, followed by more friendly faces at the front desk. We were greeted by two managers and a server within the first 10-15 minutes of us getting seated at our lane. The first manager to introduce herself to us with a blonde lady checking to see how we’ve settled in and even offered to get us some lighter bowling balls for the kiddos. The other manager Kyon I believe is her name was an absolute sweetheart, checked on us quite a few times and even recommended some of the specials they have. She definitely sold the whole family on arcade time so we took advantage of that! We found Haylee our server to be very personable! The only reason for my 4-star rating is because the air hockey machine malfunctioned a few times, and we had a few ball return issues which they fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Definitely will be recommending bowling to our friends. The glow bowling is definitely a cool touch in the day! Thanks for a great Saturday afternoon Bowlero!

First time coming to Bowlero for a Birthday teens Celebration. I ordered a birthday package online The facility is amazing. Once we arrived the service was professional and quick. The food was tasty as well as the drinks. Overall presentation for the birthday package was a 10/10. The manager and guest services attended to my needs and ensured the package purchased was fulfilled. I want to commend the staff directly catering to my event, Keyonne, Biola, and Zoheb for their professionalism, patience, and overall assistance. I would recommend this bowling place to families and friends. Outstanding atmosphere. THANK YOU BOWLERO!!!💥👌💥

Lot of lanes, neat, in budget, we went for 9-12 unlimited - sweet deal. Some bowling balls are not in perfect condition and when it's crowded there not lot of space between lanes. The food is ok.

It's a great place except for the faulty lanes. Especially lane 29. We kept having to call someone and reset it. Eventually, we learned to reset it ourselves. The problem kept persisting, so we had to request a lane change. So all that sucked a lot. If your lane is working properly then for sure, it's a great place. Lovely ambiance. Great for family ans friends alike. Not sure if there are more lanes with these problems.

Overall nice place! Only thing I can say is your food could be prepared better. Food didn't feel like it was fresh, fries were almost cold when it came out. Quality could be better also. If you improve on these things you will find more people ordering food.

Claims they have a big, beautiful arcade area. They don't. Not one arcade machine. So they're falsely advertising their own place. It's small, which is fine, but the service is bad, and you end up waiting over an hour just for a cookie and some water. Along that, its $61 for two games on one lane, which is a little ridiculous for three people...

After spending over $100.00 we were moved half way through our second game. We were running late due to the lack of staff at the snack bar, 1 person taking orders in a packed house and lack of lane attendants to fix lane issues. Lanes that we were moved off of were still not in use when we finished. Will not be back. Terrible experience.
