Held my granddaughter’s birthday party here and it was outstanding in all ways - customer service, food, decor(had her name in lights) and immediate help when needed. Our server kept the food and drinks refreshed as soon as needed. It was totally stress free for me!

We had a great time bowling here for my 53rd birthday, with my family. The staff were great, especially Evelyn and Miguel and David at the front desk. They made our visit very enjoyable. Drinks were awesome and so was the bowling. Place was very clean and organized. Best bowling experience in the IE. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Haven't bowl in 20 yrs.! My brother in law recommended this place! very clean ..equipment. bowling balls needed upgrading. Otherwise we all had a great time! The food prices were quite expenses.

We had a birthday party at the Bowlero in Norco and we had an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and offered great service. They were attentive to our needs and served us delicious food! Special thanks to Angel and everybody else for making our birthday celebration so special! It was my first time to a Bowlero and there is so much to do and the atmosphere is something else!

We had such a good time! The place was very clean, food & drinks were good & the service from the manager Alex was amazing! He made sure we were always taken care of! So appreciate him! Can't wait to come back!

This place is the best! The bowling, arcade, food, and drinks are great. However, the staff is the reason my family loves this place. All the people working here are awesome!

Cool modern interior with multiple screens above the bowling lanes showing the day's sports game, kid's show and music videos. The sitting area are comfortable and sleek. The food was good with friendly service. There's a video arcade area near the entrance. Overall, great fun for all.

This place is CRUSHES!!! Our soccer team hung out to bowl and eat in between games, and it was the perfect spot for us. They put us in 3 lanes out of the way and the service was extra friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Cat and her team, they'll treat you right when you come and bowl. P.S. honorable mention to the bartender who gave us some cups of water to fill our water bottles. Hydrating for soccer in that heat is key. Thanks Bowlero Norco!

Came here with a few of my friends. Staff at front desk were rude and unwelcoming. We hadn't been to this specific location before and had questions but the guy behind the counter looked incredibly annoyed and had a bad attitude for anything we asked. The wait time given was super vague; they said something like a few minutes to an hour which okay I guess but when we arrived there were more than a handful of lanes opened so it didn't really make sense. We ended up waiting 20 or so minutes to be called to the front for our lane which was fine. But then disaster struck. To mine and everyone else's horror, we were handed the most filthy, rancid shoes we've ever laid eyes on. Not even exaggerating. You can totally tell the back and side part of the shoe (around heel/ankle area, pictured below) was supposed to be white, but it was covered it this thick yellow-brown layer of dirt so it wasn't really white at all. When you put them on they were greasy and smelled as well. None of us were expecting like new shoes or anything but come on man at least clean the shoes between customers. This is unacceptable and disgusting. After we put on the bacteria ridden petri dish shoes and sat down at our lane, we realized this place was more for retired hobby goers and people who are trying to be professional than it is a family / friends establishment. Majority of people there were 40+ year old guys that had professional shoes and custom balls they brought with them. Which alright fine I know they can't control who walks in or whatever but idk the vibe felt more judgy and unwelcoming than it did a fun entertainment type place. The bowling balls weren't clean either and had finger prints and dirt covered all over and inside the holes too. We brought disinfectant wipes with us thankfully but when we cleaned the outside & inside all of our wipes turned black. Like come on guys would it be that hard to invest in some sort of spray for the sake of basic hygiene and customer safety? Geez. And to top off the actual bowling experience the ball return didn't work half the time. Don't bother asking the staff to address it either because they'll just tell you "it'll come back eventually" and walk away as you're standing there like an idiot wasting the time you paid for waiting for a ball that will never return. As for the food and the drink options you're better off getting a meal at Chuck E. Cheese than you are going here. Beer was super watered down, probably to cut costs. Pizza was as unimpressive as the $3 off brand frozen pizza you'd find at your local grocery store. Mediocre and over priced. And as for the bar / pool table area it was totally empty and not running at all. A staff member explained that they don't serve drinks at the bar anymore, just at the food truck window thing they have there. And the pool table wasn't even functioning. Not that I would've wanted it to be anyways, as it was covered in mystery stains and more filth. This place is a bacteria ridden nightmare. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Cool place to hang out on a Friday night with family and friends. Very upbeat with the music playing. The food servers are fantastic. Always very attentive. Love the all you can bowl for 26.99.

Have to give them a one because of the terrible customer service. I had an expired Groupon that I knew was only good for the value that I actually paid. When we checked in the guy was extremely polite, told us just to present it at the end, and they would deduct it from the total. Great. We went and bowled and Lane had had more problems than our normal. Issues with ball returns, Lane, not resetting, and slow to rectify the issue. When it finally came time to check out, we went up to the counter and I showed the guy the Groupon. this was a completely different gentleman. Then he started getting rude. You know you should've shown that at the extreme beginning so we could've deducted it. I said we showed it at the beginning and the gentleman said to show it when we check out and pay for our Lane. I don't know why he would tell you that he said. Finally, he's taking it off because you do know this things expired. I said yes I do that's why we're only asking for the amount that I paid which it says right on the Groupon you will do and not the to, his interaction was demeaning and rude. Too bad because the first guy was pretty polite. If it wasn't for that, I would say the place was pretty good. It appears they've recently in the last year or two remodeled, and seem to make it more trendy.

We choose to have a Birthday Party even is far away from us but it is because the level of the service is superb!!! Evelyn and K.T, the hosts did a fantastic job to make sure the food and beverages are always covered enough for the teenagers

Getting the summer pass makes this location such a bargain. Daytime hours are better for casual games and be prepared to wait on Fridays-Sunday late hours this place get busy really fast. The Norco location has a pro shop and there is an In N Out in the same parking lot which can make getting in from Hamner Ave a chore, it's always advised to enter via 2nd st by the car wash

I wanted to reach out and give some feedback. We had my sons 6th birthday party there on Saturday and here is a couple of issues. First, they overbooked the venue. There were no lanes in between each party and in turn that meant that other parties were eating our food because they didn't know where each party ended. Unfortunately for me I had parties on both sides which meant both parties were eating food we paid for. That is until a staff member put a sign up " Vincents party food" Second, Our food was placed on two bricks when it came out which meant that when they put our food down it tumbled over and had to be remade. The two hour "endless" food ended up being late because the kitchen was severely understaffed. This meant our party didn't get to enjoy the unlimited food and over 6 boxes of food were taken home because no one got to eat. I feel for the amount I paid for this party to make sure my son and our guests had a good time was not worth what we received. Im extremely disappointed in how this all went. Although the staff was very friendly and did their best with what they had, I cant say that this was a good experience for any of us. My feedback would be to really come down and take a look at what each event needs. You are booking parties and not even going to see if everything came out ok or if theres enough space. As an event coordinator these issues should have never occurred and staff shouldn't feel like they cant handle the party. The entire place was severely understaffed and it was definitely reflected at the party. Your customer should feel at ease and the price we pay for the party we should feel as if we got, for lack of a better phrase, bang for our buck. My entire party left to In n Out because they were hungry. How embarrassing. This was a HUGE disappointment to say the least.

Araceli is the best bartender and Alex the manager was very helpful with our birthday party and overtime we come they both are the best.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Groupon for bowling for 4, expecting the 2-hour deal as advertised. When I called ahead, I was told Groupon users can't make reservations but are welcome to walk in. Once I arrived (around 2:30 pm) , I was told only 45 minutes were available and advised to either come back another day since the day was booked or try a different Bowlero location. As a Groupon purchaser, you basically have to get lucky, come in early, or guess when lanes might be available. Why offer the deal if it's not going to be honored or given any consideration ? Frustrating and misleading.

This place was excellent to spend time with the family and have lots of fun! Celebrating a birthday? This is the perfect place! Great service and clean place to eat and have a great time!! I had a blast with the familia and they enjoyed it too!

Everything was great, but the lady who helped us out in the beginning told us it was $8.99 per game (We asked twice to confirm). When we went to check out, another worker let us know it was $8.99 per person per game. Ended up paying $100 for 5 games for 2 people all because the lady was not clear and simply stated $8.99 per game. I feel like if you are charging $8.99 per person per game, you should really emphasize and explain thoroughly that it works that way, because we ended up paying double what we thought we would. Straight up scammed sadly.

After experiencing such a smooth birthday party for my 7 year old, I had to run to help to rave about it! I hosted my son's birthday here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and as soon as I stepped foot to the bowling alley, we were greeted by the staff and I was amazed to see how clean it was in there. The staff made checking in was an easy task, they decorated the bowling lane to make it more personal, they consistently refilled our food and beverage table, had the manager do a birthday shout out, and even gave us an extra 15 minutes of bowling due to our last pizza coming out later than expected. I am truly amazed by the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you for making this mom's life easier! I will be back.

Booked a party for my son's 8th grade promotion for a Wednesday night. When I booked the event planner advised weekdays are normally very open with not many parties. Normally it's just the leagues playing so they would do their best to give us distance to enjoy our party. However when we arrived we found out there was a few parties booked including what looked like a sports team banquet, so you can imagine how busy it was. With all that being said, the staff and management were ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! We were not left feeling forgotten at any point. Our food and drinks came out timely, as did the replenishments. The service didn't stop after the 2 hour bowling time either. We hung out a bit to use our arcade cards, and even with that staff took amazing care of us, if a machine stopped working Alex was on top of it. I wish I would have gotten all the names to give them shout outs but honestly it was such a great time! I highly recommend this location for bowling/parties!

We joined a bowling league and Alex and his team are amazing. Great service and always professional and always great when we have a question or we ask a question. There should be more management that is willing to go above and beyond like Alex. Keep it up with him and his team. Thank you!

My hubby and I are in the Monday Night Twilighters League (2nd season) and we love it! Carlos the Manager, is always friendly, professional and provides the best hospitality to us, everytime we come bowling. Thank you Carlos :) Additionally, the bartender and service staff is equally amazing and the food is really good! Thank you for making our league experience wonderful on all levels!

Manager didn't explain pricing properly. Spent additional $20 because they suggested either bar special or unlimited. I only played 3 games and asked for cheapest option. Turns out unlimited was cheapest though ended up coming out to $66 with the bar special, more than unlimited. Additionally, Purchased deal on Groupon which wasn't redeemable for another 24 hours. All in all bad experience. Would never come back. Manager wasn't the most professional. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Shout out to Angel our host and the manager Alex for being so informative and catering. We had such a fun event! They decorated the table so beautiful that I didn't even have to decorate! We happen to catch the owner that day and he's a just as funny and helpful.

Prices are a bit over the top... Food prices 100% increased.. My husband still goes to his bowling league-but. not me.... Bowling not important to me to pay 100% more... Used to be fun... and earned prizes for bowling and a member... Now, nothing is offered... So. I'm out! And so are my friends... Husband complains about the lanes always breaking down... come on Bowlero!! Do better

Alex and Miguel Razo are awesome. I wish they could work every night. I know that is not possible. But, when I bowl in my leagues on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays it's always awesome to see them when they are here. Cheli is the best bartender here. She's quick and knows what we want. Always has a smile on her face.

Amanda was MAGNIFICENT during the planning process. She was so professional, super responsive, and made the process a breeze! I was impressed with the whole experience: pre-planning and onsite. Thank you for the perfect experience. KT was SOOOOOOO helpful and took GREAT care of us. He made sure our food stayed stocked. Liz, she was super helpful as well. She got us checked in so fast and was really great. Overall is was just an exceptional experience. Everyone we worked with was absolutely exceptional! Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic! We booked a party for my daughter for last weekend and everything was perfect. It was a last minute thing for us due to rain and booked only 1 day before. When I called, Melody was super sweet and answered all my questions and put together a package that was right for us. She emailed me a detailed quote and gave me some time to look it over. When we arrived, there was not only a designated person but a whole team to assist our party. They went over all the details and time for food and were able to accommodate a couple extra people. The food was actually really really good. The servers checked on us often and were very nice. I was stressed for it being such a last minute plan but was very pleased with how smooth and worry free everything was. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend it. We will definitely be booking with them again.

Great place to bowl. They have unlimited bowling in the evenings every night. Lanes are maintained well. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that unlimited bowling is cosmic bowling where they turn out the lane lights. Being a league bowler, it makes it a little harder to work on things. However, going with friends or family to just have fun, cosmic bowling is fun.

Had an awesome time at Bowlero last weekend, we got invited for a birthday party. The ambiance was so cool, staffs were courteous and helpful. The birthday girl and her little invitees had a blast. They provided bumpers for the little bowlers, so the ball doesn't go to the wrong directions ha ha Food was great, they crews were very attentive, sodas and drinks were always filled up. Restrooms were well maintained. The arcade was decent, lots of selections and cashless. So awesome. We'll probably will consider this place for our upcoming birthdays in the future. Very awesome time.

No no and more no. Went here a couple weekends ago and it was soooo freaking loud. I couldn't even hear the lady over the music and her mask on. Walked in and they take walk ins which is nice, but boy is it pricey. It was $8.99/game per person. $5.99/shoe rental. So you're looking at $100 for 4 people for 2 games. That just seems absolutely nuts to me. That's not even including food. We got our shoes and they look like they haven't been replaced since the bowling alley opened. They had divots in the heels and overall just worn. I swear the lanes are tilted. Every ball we threw down the lane went to the left. It was astonishing. There were no balls. Couldn't find any size XL 13 pounds. Like 1 in the whole bowling alley. Anyways, won't be back.

AWESOME! We hosted our daughter's birthday party at Bowlero, Norco,last weekend. From start to finish, it was the BEST experience we've had hosting a party somewhere other than our home. The Manager, Alex Quezada, was very professional! He and his team were super attentive, checking in with us routinely to make sure we had everything we needed, and refilling anything that was running low. Shout out to our host, Lupe! You rock! Overall, we'd rate it 10 out of 10. There was another parent in attendance who was so impressed by what she saw, she booked a reservation that same night for her kid's birthday next month! Thanks again Bowlero Norco, we will be back in the future!

Visiting family and decided look for a nearby bowling alley. First time here and staff was super and helpful. Had a great experience and will definitely will return.

First time here last Saturday night. We arrived around 8pm and the entrance from the street was a messed cause of In n out. All the cars from in n out were causing the bumper to bumper traffic and were blocking the entrance. Even though it was Saturday night. Surprisingly, we didn't have to wait too long to get a lane. The check-in counter/line was a bit confusing. Didn't have a clear direction of where to wait. The arcade area was nice. They look like well-maintained machines. The air hockey machine was solid. The bowling lane was good, just the right amount of grease. We did have a minor issue in the beginning though. Not only didn't our bowling balls come back to us. There was a shortage of bowling balls. Other than that, the overall experience was really good. Will be back here again! Ps. This place charges per person per game and not per hour.

Lane management is horrible.... Dry unkept lanes.... Very disappointed. Very consistent bowler and my wife and I just had a really bad experience. Wish they were taken care of better for trying a new place.

Had lots of fun at this bowling alley yesterday with family. Came by around 6:30pm. Lanes were available and ready to play. They take a card to charge all games and shoes but you can split it at the end if needed. We played 3 games and rented 5 pairs of shoes and the total was a bit pricy (not gonna lie) but worth all the fun we had. While we were there we got food from their menu. We decided on their sampler plate that included wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, and garlic bread. For the most part it was okay. The wings were my least favorite from the whole thing. They were tough and hard to bite into. Eventually we got nachos and those weren't that great honestly. The asada they put on it was pretty burnt and tough, it was drenched in jalapeño juice and overall did not look appetizing. I was pretty disappointed with the food during our visit. A couple of us were drinking and the drinks were actually great! The bartender did make a mistake on one of our drinks and gave that drink on the house and made our drink correctly. So that was pretty cool of her. We definitely appreciated it. The best part of this visit was the bowling of course. We didn't have any issues with our lane and had a blast! They offer a lot of deals on certain days so it would be worth visiting during the middle of the week if you can to save a buck or two. Happy bowling!

Worst bowlero I have ever been too absolutely awful costumer service I got screamed at by some brunette woman in glasses because I took my drink into the arcade. It was disgusting and filthy in the women's restroom and the lane was extremely sticky I do not recommend coming here with your family.

Came in on Tuesday last week and it was so busy so I sat at the bar and was greeted by Araceli. Araceli was the sweetest and most enjoyable bartender I've had. She made me so comfortable and I had a great time.

This is a pretty nice bowling alley, has a fun vibe and lots of lanes. Also has a small arcade and a lot of food to choose from. The customer service is great here, we came on Memorial day expecting it to be crazy but it wasn't too bad and both the man and woman working there were so helpful and friendly. They also have a nice waitlist system that sends a text when your lane is ready and while I was there I did notice you can reserve online which is what I will do next time.

Service is always welcoming at this location. Young lady at the front desk with the long hair, super nice. The female managers there are always busy, whether they are helping their staff out with checking in guest and helping with parties. Always available for customers questions and super courteous. When it's slow they always offer us two lanes which is super convenient. Snack bar area always has water available for you. Lanes are clean and restrooms are always stocked.

I decided to book a birthday party for my daughter and her cousin. Heather was very helpful over the phone and patient with explaining the best party package for our 10 guests prior to arrival. We were able to book a party package the same day, that included unlimited drinks and 2 food items (pizza and boneless wings), shoe rental, and 2 hours of bowling for around $578 (taxes and service fee included). Upon arrival, the operations manager, Carlos Perez, was very helpful and attentive to all our guests with getting us checked in and situated. They have a nice bar area that has fun games such as "beer" pong, connect four, and a pool table. There is also a separate arcade area. The rental shoes and lanes appeared to be well maintained. The food tasted great. Our host, Angel Morales, was absolutely wonderful. He checked in with our party often and was very helpful. Carlos also made the birthday girls' experience awesome and went above and beyond to make them feel special throughout the evening. Our family really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated all the great staff involved. Bowlero is a great place to host any group event!

I have been coming here for years and have always experienced good customer service. This weekend I was greeted with the best customer service that I have ever had. New bartender this Saturday night and not only was she helpful but she was friendly, outgoing, made suggestions, checked on us periodically (wait listed for a little) and really created a good vibe in the bar. Great job Bowlero! To the bartender, wish I could remember your name as you should get credit for the amazing customer service you provided.

We used to go here years ago when it was Brunswick. Do not turn into the entrance by in n out or you'll get stuck in the drive thru line. We went here on Sunday around noon. The guy at the front desk told us that we would be put on the waitlist and it should take about 15 minutes. We decided to stall and wait by playing the arcade games. A bunch of their machines don't work and it wasted our money. We waited about 35 minutes and haven't heard anything back from them. We went to check in on our wait and the girl told us that they weren't sure about the wait time anymore. ??? There were birthday parties going on and it looked like most of their lanes were out of order. They made us wait over 30 minutes for nothing. We were annoyed that the first guy pretended like he knew the estimated wait time. We wished he was honest so he wouldn't have wasted our time and money. We didn't even get to bowl because of lack of communication and them being unorganized.

Awesome experience. I haven't been to this location in about six months. I went with my son who has special needs and his good friend. We went for the afternoon and had a blast. All the employees were friendly and helpful was incredibly gracious and kind and we had a great time.

Played some friendly bowling and there were 6 of us. We were in lane 18 and it was pretty nice. It had nice oil so it felt really nice to bowl. We also got to try the pool table which was $12/hour. They could use new sticks because most of them were old and broken. Overall, pretty good experience. We didn't try the food so I can't comment on that.

I didn't have a yelp prior to this, but the manager this morning at the bowlero is my motivation. He was arrogant, condescending and less than helpful. We had a lost phone situation, he helped initially. After he asked a few people, he was obviously not concerned in the slightest. Refused to put it on the intercom, brushed off several of us. We ended up sorting out the situation, NO thanks to him. Workers were friendly. But the manager clearly has an EGO. (We frequent this bowling alley).

I was not familiar with this chain but we were invited to a kids party and went to our first one yesterday. They have a mixture of 60s vibes (decor) and modern upgrades ( TVs everywhere). The have lots of lanes, a bar and a kitchen. The kitchen is set up to look like an old streamline trailer. The staff is really friendly and efficient. They were working quickly to get everyone through the line (shoes, questions, etc). At the lanes, since it was a party, they had counters with food (pizza, chicken strips and fries) and drinks (water and soda). Our servers were quick and made sure nothing was empty. The lanes are nice and smooth. The bumpers come up automatically based on age and it was really clean. I highly recommend this place.

This place is boujee, and EXPENSIVE! BUT, there's a fantastic Groupon available if you can get it for $25 for 2hrs of bowling and shoes. Excellent deal considering they only charge per game rates, not per hour. And on a Saturday night, it was $9.29 a game!!! Are you kidding?! That's basically a dollar a ball if you're getting strikes, which, as you can see from my scores, I get lots of :). Normally you can't use the Groupon on Saturday nights, but the manager (I forget his name) overrode it and allowed us to use it. Super helpful and great of him to do that! The lanes are nice, great oil pattern for strikes with that strong hook game, and quick ball return and pinsetter. Never got jammed or anything. Plenty of house balls with different finger hole sizing, but I brought my own sweet strikemaker. Bumpin sound system, nightclub type of feel with the music videos, projectors, and black lights, without it being over the top and distracting from the bowling. Food and cocktails looked good, but we ate first so didn't partake. Service to the lanes, attentive staff. But yeah, place was packed on a Sat night. Use the Groupon!

If you plan on coming here for some fun and wanna bring your Stanley or hydro in just in case your thirsty make sure the manager, front desk guy, or Chole don't see you with it. Got asked 5 times to go back to my car or to dump the water. Fine whatever but for the staff to not start our game until the manager came to talk to us is ridiculous. The first time we tried to ask for the game AFTER WE PAID they ignored us. The second time they finally did after the manager confirmed with the staff my husband dumped the water and showed him it. Kinda ridiculous over a Stanley with water in it. Apparently they want you to walk back and forth 10 times for free bar tap water inside your nice filtered water. Also chole should learn to at least acknowledge costumers when they walk up instead of ignoring us and staring at a piece of paper. They should care more about their costumers instead of what's in my Stanley cup
