This is hidden gem if you want to experience The “happening” in Penticton. Virender and his staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great service . While the venue is old and needs renovation, everything is super clean cozy and complete for vacation needs

Room was great although we were a little far from the bbq (one of three were working) and the pool. There is lots of areas to relax. There is no after hours security or support so if you have issues you’re on your own until 9am. Office staff was great but I couldn’t tag 5 star due to overnight concern.

We had a great time! Rooms are clean. Very friendly staff, they were very accommodating letting us check in early because we had a wedding. Also making sure we got everything we needed for our puppy. We will be back for sure!! :)

Perfect place for a family celebration. Courtyard had lots of room for our family and our room locations around it was the best. The rooms were all set up with kitchens that had what we needed for making meals. The kids enjoyed the pool. Location close to the lake would be great in the summer.

I booked a suite at Bowmont Motel. Its owned by the same owner of the Spanish villa, tiki shores motel, and the shoreline motel, and the customer service i received was extremely disrespectful. The manager told me hé world not return my damage deposit, and told me it was actuelle a cleaning fée. I was telles at by the staff in public as well

Price was really great for how spacious and nice the rooms were! My friend and I got a suite with 2 separate bedrooms for <$100 USD! And it was nicely taken care of when we got there. Checkin was easy and good.

Enjoyed this charming motel that takes you back to the 1960s. Beds were comfortable, kitchen useful, and rooms clean. Air conditioning was effective. The pool was refreshing, though we were disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was closed. It appeared that while there are barbecues for guest use, two of three were broken. Note that reception closes at 6pm and you get a code for accessing your room via email. It was a short walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop. While not perfectly maintained, we would stay again.

Funky 1950s-retro vibe. Great local by the water. Beds super comfy. This is an old property but good value for the cost. Sound travels so if you sleep light not so great. Good iverall all experience

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

I'm 43 and have been coming here since I was born. A classic, well maintained and proudly retro family motel run by two genuine and friendly owners featuring the best courtyard and pool in Penticton! A hundred yards from Okanagan Beach, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.

We will most definitely be back! I love the staff...the joint is tidy and it is close to the strip. Great place for families because the courtyard has slides and adventure park is across the road.

An older motel with a good location. Rooms are dated, but patio and pool are excellent. I would stay there again, but probably not at their current pricing schedule.

A great place to stay if you're on a budget. It's in walking distance to many pubs and restaurants. It's right by the beach so the location is great. The owners are so very friendly and helpful with what to see and do in Penticton. The only issue we had was this place is old. Very old. Things were starting to fall apart. Our bed was soft and bouncy. The towels were wearing thin. Our sink was leaking and didn't have hot water. However, just a quick mention and they replaced the whole faucet for us! Great attention to detail by the owners. They offered us wine glasses upon check-in and were gracious enough to give us a bigger room.

This place is amazing..hosts Sam and her mom were very welcoming. Opened our room door..entered the 60's..spotless..great pool..bbq area..what a gem..will book a week next year.I would rate this property 6 stars if I could! Johnathan and Cynthia

This place was disgusting. It smelled like a cat was living in the room/ died in the room/ peed all over everything. The smell of mold was prevalent. Their cleaning ladies are a joke. They literally don't change the sheets. They re-made the bed and put my pillows I had brought from home in the disgusting blankets. We literally had to put the comforter outside because it reeked like urine. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom and it was just an extremely unpleasant experience over all. They also made us pay before we stayed there, I'm assuming because they know how gross their motel is and if they don't demand payment right away they won't make any revenue.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and ignorant. They state they accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX however after you've paid they will complain that they pay 25% in merchant fees which is obviously untrue. I was double charged and told to wait 45 days for my refund to go through. I believe this is most likely because they know I only have 30 days to claim a dispute on my credit card. The motel itself is decent, the gentlemen there is also decent, but watch out for the evil witch taking your money! Dispute in process... Signed a very unhappy lady

Will NEVER stay here again. Just had a very aggressive employee speak to me in a way I would never speak to a paying customer. In town for a very well known festival and was visiting with band members after hours. Tried to keep noise to a minimum but it wasn't enough. Never happened in any other hotel/motel...welcome to Penticton. Basically f&&&& you, thanks for your business. We'll make sure we let the Jazz Festival know how welcome you made us feel. Will never stay here again!
