Box Art Hotel - La Torre

What a gorgeous place! The decor is inspirational and it is clean and comfortable. My room was spacious and a joy to spend time in. The service is brilliant - from Pilar the owner to all the staff, who go out of their way to make your stay special. The cook has a great reputation and the delicious food confirms this. All in all, a most enjoyable experience - thank you all so much:-)

Nice place! I stayed her on a weekend while exploring Sierra Gadarrama and loved it. The food was great and the staff was super kind, not to mention that the hotel is very cool and modern. Staff even went out of their way to serve breakfast before regular hours since our trekking pickup was at 7am. Super hospitable. They even have bicycles for free that you can use and the property is a lovely place to take a scenic walk. A great escape from Madrid!

One of my favorite getaways as a Madrid resident to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The service is amazing, the rooms are spectacular (especially the loft on the top floor!), and the food is excellent. If you are looking for a slice of nature with a dose of luxe, definitely come here.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the tower suite was exactly what we needed! The space is great and the area wonderful. The service was excellent and was full of support and excitement when we asked for suggestions of what to do in the area. The restaurant they have offer an extremely delicious and fun tasting menu. Their glass house lounge is great for an apero or cafe while you wind down at the end of the day. The overall style and deforation of the hotel is absolutely unique. Breakfast is big. . . The only negative is the build quality of certain aspects of the hotel but it didn't affect our experience! Would go back any time.

My wife and I had been driving all day long from the north of Spain and passed through the Sierra de Madrid to visit family. After dinner we were so tired that decided to look for a hotel nearby and my nephew directed me to Box Art hotel. The small hotel or rather a big house from (I guess) the 1930's has been reformed into a beautiful and cozy place with only a few rooms.|I was greeted by a young lady with a sincere smile and was given room#2 which had a balcony and a nice view.|The bathroom is very interesting as the Architects couldn't modify the original structure of the house by a city ordinance, so they placed like a self contained super modern shower/WC inside room which was very nice indeed.|Decoration is modern and simple.|Bed and pillows were very good and the room was quiet and dark after we closed all the windows and drapes.|Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Service was very good and attentive. They bring you fresh fruits, cooked ham, Serrano ham and cheese, fresh tomato paste and olive oil, breads and pastries, coffee or tea and freshly squeezed orange juice.|The have a swimming pool and apparently a very good Restaurant but I didn't try them. Wifi is good.|We really had a good rest and a good time at the Box Art hotel|

We planed a romantic weekend with a good walks in La Sierra staying in this nice Hotel, decoration is modern and inviting, alldough the bathrooms are a bit odd, not very comfortable, also the mattress can improve a little bit. We had dinner in the Bistro and it was good, but from a sort menu they were missing a few dishes that night. Over all good place for a weekend getaway.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in. The hotel is beautiful and the staff that work there are great. Breakfast was included and came with different breads, pastries, meats and cheese. We also had lunch and dinner there (upstairs not at separate restaurant) and the food was some of the best we had while in Spain. This is an absolute must place to stay if you are in this area. My only negative comment is that they need to redo their wood pool deck. Other than that this place is awesome

We have stayed at this hotel during this weekend in order to disconnect from Madrid and our expectations have been completely fulfilled!||||It is like statying both at an art gallery and an architectural firm, with the warm touch of feeling at home. We enjoyed both a massage and the spa as a starter, then a delightful dinner and a really cosy room with gorgeous views to the mountains (make sure that if you don´t go for the tower suite, room nº6 is your request!). Breakfast was 10/10, more than enough to start a sightseeing day around the area. Hotel staff starting with Pilar was really helpful and kind. ||||Looking forward to coming back!
