I love Boyer Gifts! They have so many amazing goodies to choose from, and the atmosphere is so fun and welcoming. It's truly a great place to shop and a must if your in New York! I always find something I love! Highly recommend!

Google
The items are nice, but the prices are too high for the quality. The staff is the rudest and most arrogant I've ever encountered. Don't go there. I'm frustrated by what happened.

This gift shop is filled with unique and fun items!

Google
It is a gift store on Bleecker Street at Greenwich Village that has unique New York gifts and souvenirs, different than most stores in this category. We loved the variety of gifts from popular TV series such as Friends and Sex and the City.

So many funny gadgets. Most in there were just reading and viewing all the funny writing and items. To actually buy it is a different story.

Yelp
I am so glad I found this cute store while visiting the city. They carry so many unique and eclectic gifts from stickers, candles, books, decor, and toys. There are sections of the store devoted to NYC gifts, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, pets, and more! They carry lots of unique novelty gifts perfect for birthdays, holidays, souvenirs, or just because. The inside is small but well maintained, stocked, and curated. The neighborhood is pretty and the store is easy to find. I love the window display and design on the front stoop of the sidewalk. I didn't find the staff overly welcoming or hospitable. A lot of the merchandise was highly priced, but they also have a lot of goods that you can't find in other stores. Overall, it was worth visiting this shop, and I am glad I added it to my trip itinerary. I was able to get a cute toy for the pup, and she absolutely loved it. The toy was great quality, squeaks, and crinkles. Phoebe approved.

Yelp
I love this little shop in the village. It's a great place for unique finds. If you want to get a gift for the Seinfeld or Sex in the City fan in your life this is the place to go. They have a nice selection of hair clips, jewelry, candles, and fun accessories too.

Yelp
Obsessedddd with this store in the West Village on Bleecker, luckily right down the street from me! Have gotten key chain / bag charms including a very cute bedazzled red puffy heart I currently have on a Balenciaga bag. They have an amazing sticker collection, tons of adorable candles, etc. I've gotten a cool wrist charm thing for my phone and they are the only place I could ever find them at until Nordstrom started carrying similar ones for 4x the price. If you need to plan any sort of party - birthday, bachelorette, birthday, you name it - this is 1000% the place to go. If you want cool stickers/pens/mugs... they've got em. There are tons of NYC-themed things (which of course I love). Their items are hilarious and this is the perfect spot to go to if you're looking for a gift of any kind, even 'just thinking about you' items, they have it all. They have funny celebrity themed candles, merch based off of your favorite NYC TV shows (Sex and the City, Friends..), all of the Taylor Swift and Harry Styles items you can think of, and more eclectic treasures from around the world. Fun fact -- Boyar Gifts was started (and is curated) by two sisters whose goal was to open up a unique gift shop with a one of a kind shopping experience encompassing their love of humor, profanity, and NYC-themed things.

Yelp
Omg I just loved this place first time going too. I got some great socks and I will definitely be coming back. Go check the place out people. The service was great and staff helped when I needed it. The sick range in price depending on what you like but any you get it just nice.

Yelp
Stuck for a gift? This place has so many cute ideas. I always leave with something fun

Yelp
Quirky & fun finds at this place! Stumbled on it while wandering west village. Lots of funny gift ideas and trinkets for the home. Surprisingly pricing wasn't too bad either with items ranging from $20 and up! Small space, no restroom. There were so many things I wanted to buy. Lol Worth a visit!

Yelp
Cute store just opened recently. It's located on Bleeker street. You can probably something fun to buy or just look around. Some items are expensive. non-judgmental vibe inside. on the weekend crowded!

Yelp

Yelp
I attended Boyar Gifts this evening and had an incredibly unpleasant experience. It was crowded, and the 2 of us were told we needed to wait outside for people to leave..totally fine. So, we waited in the freezing cold for 3 people to leave and then tried to enter. However, the woman working at the front door slammed the door in our faces and yelled at us that we needed to wait longer...even though 3 people left and there were only 2 of us. Anyway, we waited some more time, for an additional 4 people to leave. Since a total of 7 people had left, we figured it was ok for the 2 of us to now finally enter. But yet again, the woman slammed the door in our faces and told us we needed to wait longer, and she was very rude and aggressive. Unfortunately, we will not be returning or recommending to anyone. What a shame.

Yelp
BEST gift selection in New York! People are wonderful! Selection is hysterical! Don't miss this store!!

Yelp
Probably my favorite gift shop ever. Everything is just so perfect and I could literally buy the entire store. The employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are expensive for some items, but the quality is worth it. You can find something here for any friend, family member or even coworker. I love Boyar Gifts. If you have a good sense of humor, you'll love shopping here.

Yelp
This kitchey gift shop has some inventive and fun gifts. From sassy cards, towels and socks to pillows and name plates. This independent shop is a good place to find a gift for yourself (if you own your attitude) or that cranky pants that's on your list.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp when I moved into the neighborhood. Such cute stuff here! They sell a lot of Jonathan Adler which I really love (no shipping charges yaaaay). Inside you'll find an array of gifts, including but not limited to: Gag gifts Large paintings Acrylic chairs Holiday ornaments Wall decor (clocks, etc) Stationary Jewelry Socks Etc! I bought the most beautiful hand painted ornament and I couldn't be happier with the selection of items (new things come in all the time) and cheerful customer service!

Yelp
This gift shop has everything you can think of and anything you could not dare to imagine. Boyar opened in April, is the creation of Tali and her business partner who turns out to also be her sister. They felt there was a need to bring the art of gift giving back. Previously owners of pharmacies in NYC for 20 plus years they have always been in the market of supplying nifty-nick-nacks for their customers. Now they have created a space dedicated solely to the unique and crafty gift ideas that are seemingly perfect for the person you didn't know what to buy. Boyar is Russian for aristocrat, meaning second in line to the King, according to Tali. While shopping here you can find something for the King, Queen, BFF or just an acquaintance in your life. The store is beautifully decorated all over. You will find hidden gems tucked away in drawers that you are encouraged to open and explore. The gift shop is fun, welcoming, and a must to check out! You will get lost in amazement, amusement & pure intrigue. Thank you, I shall return with friends.

Yelp
This store has a lot of cute stuff. Kitschy and quirky things for everyday use, parties, etc. So great. But I saw very few price tags actually on the items... My problem was that the store clerk/associate (who happened to be the only person managing the store this particular day) was not friendly at all. I entered the store and she immediately started walking the other way. No greeting of any sort. She just watched me look at merchandise and she offered no assistance whatsoever. That didn't sit well with me. Seeing that I live in the area, I was going to buy a few items I had seen in their display window since I've walked by the store numerous times. Instead, I chose to buy the items I saw in their store off of Amazon when I got home from the shop. The store clerk/associate should have been friendly and accommodating. Had that occurred, they wouldn't have lost out on a sale from me. I will never beg a place to take my money, nor will I support a place that clearly doesn't welcome me.

Yelp
I had walked passed this gem in the neighborhood so many times-- I am so happy I went in today! I left with a glimmering silver and gold beaded turquoise hamsa for our chrismakkuh tree, unbelievable hand made gold and silver evil eye ornaments & wonderful metallic koons style balloon dogs. Michelle was so helpful! This store has anything and everything you need for gift giving-- forget paper source! Everything is on trend, unique, and well priced. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
One of these fun, something for every occasion gift store. There's a small section of cards in the back and also a few shelves for baby gifts, which I was looking for in particular on my most recent visit. They also had some funky socks, mugs, and assorted housewares. A lot of the aesthetic focuses on the eye symbol, which is popular in Middle Eastern accessories. Don't forget to check in for the 10% off!

Yelp
This gift shop just opened its door in April but is truly a gem in this neighborhood. We met the owner Tali and her sister last night at a Yelp event and were told that they opened this store to showcase their Russian roots (where the name Boyar comes from) and to remind people of the tradition of gift giving. They travel a lot and each time they bring back something unique and meaningful. They said they also try to keep things affordable with prices ranging from $5 to $1200, plus they offer free gift wrapping with very cute and beautiful wrapping papers and ribbons. The moment you enter the store, you are like in a wonderland. You will discover little surprises in the drawer, under the Christmas tree, or in any corner of the store. I'm sure you can find the right gift for different occasions such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, or in my case, a new baby that's coming soon! You can even find nicely packaged chocolates here. Tali and her sister are welcoming friendly hosts and their collection of gifts and decoration items is adorable and unique. If you follow them on SNS, you'll get $1 off. So why not?

Yelp
A small souvenir and gift shop in midtown east, which has a big variety of options for gifts for any occasion. Lots of Russian inspired gifts as the owners are Russian (I guess). You can find gifts for any budget. Also a good spot, for last minute holiday gifts. Highly recommend it.

Yelp
Hands down, THE BEST GIFT SHOP IN MANHATTAN!! Something for EVERYONE at ANY time of year!! They carry things for people of all ages from the kooky to elegant, gay, straight, trust me - you're guaranteed to find a GREAT giftee for virtually ANYONE here in all price ranges!! Cards too! I went in to pick up a few Xmas gifts for visiting female relatives and walked out with WONDERFUL things for whoever else I still needed to buy for - and also got a cute little ornament for my tree too! Friendly, super-helpful staff will answer any question - and they don't just stick your purchase in a bag - they wrap it nicely in tissue paper and box it if needed! An absolutely wonderful addition to the neighborhood that might seem out-of-the-way if you're not in the area, but WELL WORTH THE TRIP from ANYWHERE!!

Yelp
We were walking by this store yesterday and the beautiful window displays caught my eye. Although the interior is small, it's full of many lovely items - and some are also humorous, such as the inscriptions on many coffee mugs. The store is decorated beautifully, and the owner & her colleague (sister) were really friendly. As an aside; my husband usually groans when I insist on visiting gift stores, but even *he* loved this store (high praise).

Yelp
Great spot for unique and personal gifts! So happy I got to pop in here recently and find some great things for a bunch of different people. From her friends to relatives to your significant other there is something for every special person your life here. The owners are great! Very friendly. And the wrapping is amazing too.

Yelp

Yelp
I love this store. Maybe the interior of the shop is Alice's in Wonderland? There were also many tea cup sets on sale. The store was really cute! I bought a tea cup candle.

Yelp
What a paradise of cute little things! I randomly walked in this store and spent almost a good hour there looking at all the souvenirs they have to offer. Many russian-inspired gifts as well as pieces from all over Europe that I haven't seen anywhere else in NYC! I picked Chando porcelain diffuser with Pine forest scent and a few pins. Love it!

Sam K.

Yelp
I discovered Boyar Gifts some months back while walking with my pup. Since then, I have come back many a time and have never been disappointed! As a huge card enthusiast, I was so pleased to look over their collection. I've been able to find a card for any occasion. Unique, meaningful. quirky, comical - you name it (not your average Hallmark). The rest of the store has a great selection of gifts as well. Each clerk I have met while browsing has been kind and helpful. Love this place and will continue to come back!

Yelp
Boyar Gifts is a great little find! I found out about Boyar Gifts by attending a Yelp Elite Event there. So many fun & unique gifts, trinkets and more! I would definitely recommend for any gift-giving occasion, or just to find a unique piece for your home. The owners are of Russian descent & told us that Boyar means aristocrat or next in line to the king! They both love to travel and stock their shop with unique pieces from all over the world. A big thank you to Ruggy, the Yelp NYC team, and the owners of Boyar for hosting me!

Yelp
My go to gift shop! They have a beautiful assortment of unique products, perfect for any gift giving occasion. The owners are super helpful and staff as well. Happy to have them in my neighborhood!

Yelp
I'm so glad we have a gift shop back in our neighbourhood. This Russian-owned business has a lot of nice Russian items at very good prices and also other pretty things from around the world, my favourite is the porcelain fish from Portugal. They have something for every conceivable occasion and holiday and also just little knick-knacks to beautiful your home. I got a little bird for my desk I'm quite happy with. I know I will come back to this place again.

Yelp
It's an early evening on a Sunday, nearing 7 PM, and there on 2nd Avenue around the corner from Gramercy Park we stumbled upon an open and very glorious 'storyland' of a shop. Yes, it almost can be called the 'shop around the corner' and it is as unique as the lovely shop in that 1941 movie we all love! Filled with the most beautiful, whimsical, delightful, delectable, unusual, fashionable, and stunningly elegant gifts, this little gem of a store is a rare find. It is Bergdorf's meets Mackenzie Childs meets Tiffany's meets Lewis Carroll all rolled into an environment one wants to linger in for a long time. We have already completed our holiday and birthday gift shopping (mentally, that is!) in Boyar Gifts and are excited about returning to actually shop for it all. I wish Boyar Gifts the greatest success in our neighborhood and beyond!

Igor G.

Yelp
This amazing shop has gifts for everyone! Priced very well; no need to go anywhere else and they told me they can deliver custom made gift baskets to my office. Gramercy needed this!!!
google avatar

Steph W.

Yelp
This is a great boutique shop Murray hill! They have a huge selection of unique merchandise and the staff members were super helpful in finding the perfect gift for the occasion. They have trinkets, jewelry, housewarming gifts, and memorabilia that is perfect for any present or occasion.
google avatar

Halina S.

Yelp
This place is decorated beautifully and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. There are birch trees inside and a very lovely tea-party/French-Russian/Alice in Wonderland-y theme inside. The assortment of gifts is great because you can find little quirky things or higher-end, more sophisticated gifts. The sales girls were really helpful and genuinely nice to talk to. Will be back!
google avatar

Joe J.

Yelp
Amazing and unique gifts that you can't find anywhere else in the city. Great prices as well.

Evgenya B.

Yelp
Love this little shop in Gramercy. I'm so thankful they're open and have such an amazing selection of gifts.

Parker H.

Yelp
This is the WORST store. They are over priced and what is worse is that they sell defective merchandise. Run don't walk far away from this place! Buyer beware for sure. Oh and I forgot to include that I was ACCUSED by the store of playing with the toys that I purchased for my daughters for Valentine's Day and that is what caused the toys I purchased to break. I attempted to exchange my purchases but as met with a serious verbal assault. The store only called me back after I called twice and threatened the challenge the charge on my Amex. Once she finally called me back and SCREAMED at me that they usually don't do exchanges but would make an exception and that I should be very grateful. This woman is screaming at me over the phone. At the top of her lungs. First, accusing me that since I made the purchase two weeks ago, I must have given them to my daughters at that time and they have been playing with them for all that time and that what caused them to break. Second, she was screaming at me that I should be grateful to her. The whole time I'm wondering why is it ok that the toys from her store broke in the first place?? Here is the thing- we live in NYC - there are far better stores out there with real, genuinely nice shop owners who are kind and gracious people. Pleaseplease don't give this store any business. You would be supporting a very verbally abusive shop owner!

Yelp
Such a cute place to find a weird little gift for when you have no idea what to get someone! I picked up a beautiful set of golden coasters for myself, while adding a couple of awesome nicknack things (including a super ornate golden elephant bottle opener) for a gift box I made a friend. Best part is that while there's higher end stuff, their prices run the gamut, so anyone can find something they'll love. Love stopping in here!

Lisa G.

Yelp
This a wonderful little shop filled with cute & quirky gifts for any occasion - I've come in for housewarming gifts, birthday gifts, and even a little something just because. They have a wide range of products, from Jonathan Adler candles & mini piñatas, mugs & trays with all sorts of kitschy sayings, as well as stationary and unique greeting cards. The women who run the store are so sweet & helpful. You'll definitely walk in feeling like you have to grab something to take home, either as a gift for someone or for yourself.

Sarah A.

Yelp
Love this shop. Can always find a good gift for anyone and everyone. Only problem is that I end up buying gifts for myself, too ;)

Jen S.

Yelp
One of the greatest gift stores in the city. Amazing and friendly staff that help you pick the most unique of gifts. The options are endless and so special. Highly recommend this awesome spot!

Jerry W.

Yelp
Lovely family-owned business. If you shop at Pro-Health Pharmacy next door, you know that these are good and fair people. Do your holiday shopping here!
