The hotel was in a good location, and we appreciated having access to a pool and a small gym. The staff were helpful, and it was reassuring to have someone at the reception 24/7. However, the hot water wasn’t very hot, and the cleanliness of the room was disappointing—we found toenails on the floor.

Hotel is in vintage style but it’s big room & with good air conditioning. With this economic price, including swimming pool, gym house (even not really big) we are happy & satisfied.Breakfast is simple but the service lady is good & care for customer.

I stayed with a friend and we loved the location, the adjoining doors, the balconies, the pool and especially the reading nook. I bet the place was spectacular in its prime.||Very reasonable for a midrange budget hotel Although my bed mattress was rock hard, my friend's wasn't, so I guess it's luck of the draw 😉

Good as last choice only. Strange hotel. It's big but most of the space is unused. Carpets in halls are dirty. Beds are clean but the rest of the room is not clean. The interior is mostly dark. Not enough lights and lights are not bright enough. So all these combined contribute to a creepy and depressing feeling after a long day out. Insect eggs on the walls. It's all just strange. It seems to be only selectively maintained. I made three requests to combine twin beds in my room. Each time, the person at the front desk agreed and called housekeeping. Nothing happened. I don't hate it and the beds are comfortable that I had a good sleep each night, but I'd only book this hotel if there is nothing else available in this price range, which is exactly how I ended up booking this hotel in the first place.

Got a twin room booked due to a booking error I made, stayed 1 night, happy with price....but then I started reading the reviews, some of which are quite old so will attempt to respond also to some of the issues raised. The Hotel is situated tin the old city near Huen Phen restaurant, I would describe it is grand but in need of care, it kind of reminded me of The Overlook Hotel in the film The Shining, it is interesting architecturally and the rooms are very big, beds comfy and loads of wardrobe space, the rooms are very gloomy but if you need to sleep the curtains block out all light, the bathroom, shower, toilet etc were clean, the A/C worked and was quiet as does the TV, reception were helpful and area always staffed well. The swimming pool area was lovely, the sunbeds not broken, in fact very comfy, not plastic and with mattresses on them, water clean and refreshing for a dip

I like this boutique style room, more spaces and bathtab. Its not far from war pha singha (the signature of lanna style ) . You can sightseeing round there and relax ,try some food on the shop many street.

Being honest, photos were bit different from reality, although in the end the experience was very good and friendly, you maybe need to be prepare to an aged place. After make the check in, we went out and back until night and super tired, so we didnt check clear the room until the next day; shower head was rusty, ceiling had stains (i guess from some inner leaking) and the room felt darker (our window view was to the interiors of the hotel, so there was no natural light), so i went to the front desk and asked kindly for a chance to change the room, the women on the front desk was very kind and help us, so the next room was a bit better (same a bid aged in the floors, but better room) i got chance to enjoy the pool!!! it was super clean and fresh!! i love it!! and is a peaceful place, i really enjoy also the lobby with the chairs, so after all the experience went better, location also is easier and the team is very kind and helpful <3
