Service needs to be improved, felt neglected. Also they don't provide napkins or utensils until requested, these should be basic and standard service when ordering food, expecting us to eat burger with hands? No thanks. Seated outside, its hot. Feeling uncomfortable to seat for long, want to leave especially with no back rest for seats. Live performance is meh. Food is barely ok. Bun for burger is burnt. For experience above, paying $14 for bottle alcohol, $16 for burger and $14 for popcorn. Spend your money elsewhere. You can get better food at cheaper price or better service/atmosphere at this price.

What a great spot and find. Wonderful service from Shawn the bartender and great deals for happy hour. Today’s thirst quencher is James Squire ginger beer which definitely hits the spot and the loaded fries is a must topped with cheese, bacon 🥓 bits, jalapeno, sour cream and spring onions. Final verdict is a must visit and ask for Shawn.

Drinks by the river on Boat Quay. Decent selection of beers, spirits and wines with riverside seating. Prices felt ok but didn’t try the food menu. Nice to sit and watch the bum boats go up and down the river.

Quite limited choices for food. However I really enjoyed their pizzas and sharing platter which includes samosa, popcorn chicken, nachos and spring rolls. Environment was fun and beautiful to chill with friends. Staffs are attentive too.

Horrible place with zero integrity - judging from owner's reply, they obviously prefer lying and accusations, instead of taking staff to task. All 7 of us were seated at the table ordering the food from the server, who got the orders wrong. There was no "repeatedly rudely asking", it was just one time asking which got unnecessarily shut down by the same server. If you take pride in poor service so be it, but grow a pair and don't make accusations at customers (we were the only group there and none of the customers were affected by us). BQ Bar has a great atmosphere, especially in the evening with views of the river and city lights. The food is tasty and well-prepared, making it a good spot for casual dining. Drinks are refreshing and reasonably priced, with a nice selection to choose from. Overall, it’s a relaxed and enjoyable place to hang out with friends.

Saw a promo deal for Ladies Night and decided to head down and check them out. It was a really good deal plus the choices of drinks was great. Plus point! We didn’t plan on having food but the cute lady with the stickers was raving about the Smokin Hot burger so we shared one and no regrets!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I was overcharged for drinks during HAPPY HOUR . Server said it was a mistake. He said he was refunding the money to my card. I checked my account next day and he has taken money THREE TIMES for one round of drinks. Instead of SGD59.95 they took SGD 180 from my account. Do not use this Bar
