This is a beautiful park, one of the best. It's perfect for walking, picnicking, parties, fishing, playing, biking. It's fabulous. I loved all the green areas. I love going for walks in the evenings, getting out to clear my head and watching the sunset.

7•19•25 it's still nice. But the part where you drive with the car sometimes it had water is closed. That was part of the nicest thing but for whatever reason its closed.

Brackenridge Park is a true gem, a sanctuary of nature and history nestled in the heart of the city. With its lush greenery, towering trees, and winding trails, it offers a perfect escape for those seeking peace, exercise, or a breath of fresh air. Whether you're out for a leisurely walk, an invigorating run, or a calming moment by the water, this park delivers an unforgettable experience. The presence of lakes and rivers adds a magical touch, reflecting the sky and surrounding trees in their tranquil waters. Ducks and squirrels roam freely, creating a lively and serene atmosphere. Walking over the beautifully crafted bridges provides stunning views of the landscape, making every step an adventure. Families will love the well-maintained playgrounds, offering children a fun and safe space to play. The historic architecture throughout the park, including picturesque pavilions available for rent, adds a nostalgic charm, making it a great spot for gatherings and celebrations. Brackenridge Park is more than just a green space—it’s a place where nature and history come together, where every visit feels special. Whether you’re enjoying a picnic, watching wildlife, or simply admiring the scenic beauty, it’s a destination that never loses its charm. No matter how many times you come, you’ll always find something new to love.

Visited for the first time. I know I only covered a pinch of this amazing place and with that I was filled with so much zen 🙏 love the red oak trail. Was able to carb a few things I absolutely enjoyed here and plan to come back for more. There are many trails to choose from and many ways to enjoy this place as well. A word to describe this “Precious”

It has been a while since I've been there but it is still a great place to visit and relax!! The train ride is fun and worth the money. The Japanese Sunken Gardens are still my favorite part of the park! Sorry I didn't take pictures of the inside of the gardens now.

It's a beautiful, scenic park with lots of unique ducks, many splitting paths, and a really cool bridge that the water passes over just barely that you can get your feet wet. Sometimes the ducks will come so close to you they can be pet! Love bringing my friends to this area every time they're newly visiting San Antonio. It's a great representation of what this city has to offer right in the heart of downtown, and the zoo is just a couple feet away!
