Bracknell Forest Resort

Great experience staying at the resort! Here's my review: 1. Extremely helpful and sweet staff. Selvam, Shukla and Bubhaneshwar were always professional and helpful to us. 2. Great food! Both breakfast and a-la carte was great. 3. Clean rooms, big and safe property and good environment. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Small property with well maintained and pleasent staff.This property offers a delightful stay with its well-maintained grounds. You will appreciate the pleasant and attentive staff who are always ready to assist. The charming atmosphere makes it a truly enjoyable place to relax. Even though it is a small property, it provides all the comforts you need. We are confident you will find your visit here to be most satisfactory.

1. Booked room for 5450 rs and they have not even placed glasses, water , and the other complimentary stuff like milk powder tea bags etc . We checked in by 1pm and after asking several times they gave those by 6pm. 2. Untidy floors in the room, kids who walked without socks proves it. 3. By 8.50 they told to stop music and camp fire because it’s not allowed so, then what is the entertainment here ! 4. If u book food by 7pm u will get it by 8 or 8.30 , and the worst part is that , we booked 6 chapathi n got 4 , booked butter naan n got without butter ! And curry also booked two n got one ! 5. Moreover, they made the driver clean his plates after having lunch ! Who does that !!!

I searched for a place away from the noise of the city and this place definitely delivered it. Room was good and the view was great. The only thing is language barrier with the employees. However, the employees were great and helpful.

This resort was amazing and beautiful. We had such a great time. Its slightly away from busyness of Munnar and you are literally in arms of beautiful plantation. Room was beautiful and view was amazing. Their staff is excellent and super professional and they do very well take care of you. Manager Sam was amazing. He literally checks during every meal how it was or need anything. We loved every aspect of this resort and i will also pass thanks to my local friend who recommended this place for our 10th Anniversary. Loved it. Highly Recommend!!!

I highly recommend a stay at the Bracknell Forest hotel - although the hotel is a distant away from the local shops and town the location itself is stunning, very clean hotel and fresh food. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had booked for post Christmas holidays. We had an absolutely delightful stay at Bracknell Forest Resort. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Had booked 2 Superior Cardamom View rooms for 2 families, it was in the same floor with extra common space and table for family activities and Rooms were spacious, neat and clean, spacious balcony with a great view to relax. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. A special mention goes to the manager Sam during Check-in even though it was late night, he and his team waited for us to arrive, by keeping the buffet counter open for us to finish our dinner . He and his team were incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to ensure guests were comfortable. The staff's hospitality truly made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to any family looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great food!
