Bracknell Forest Resort

This resort was amazing and beautiful. We had such a great time. Its slightly away from busyness of Munnar and you are literally in arms of beautiful plantation. Room was beautiful and view was amazing. Their staff is excellent and super professional and they do very well take care of you. Manager Sam was amazing. He literally checks during every meal how it was or need anything. We loved every aspect of this resort and i will also pass thanks to my local friend who recommended this place for our 10th Anniversary. Loved it. Highly Recommend!!!

Absolutely magical! This resort is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of a lush cardamom plantation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was pure romance — the scent of cardamom in the air, the misty hills, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a dream.

Bracknell Forest Resort is a great getaway location. It's surrounded by trees and cardamom plants and is just far enough away from Munnar town to have a nice peaceful setting. It is especially gorgeous at night. Sitting on the balcony listening to whistle birds with the fog coming in all around gives the feeling of being lost in tranquility. Thanks to the courteous staff for their support and assistance.

Our experience at Bracknell Forest Munnar was quite disappointing despite the beautiful location. 1. Dinner service was extremely delayed – we had four kids under 4 years, yet the food was not served until 9:30 PM, even though it had been pre-paid. 2. The quality of the dinner was poor and not worth the wait. 3. There was a power outage during the night, and electricity wasn’t restored until the morning, making the stay very uncomfortable. 4. While the lunch was good and the property is in a scenic location, basic amenities were lacking. 5. The hand showers in the toilets of both rooms we booked were not functioning. Overall, a terrible experience considering the cost. We expected much better service and facilities.

I booked Bracknell Forest Resort for our 1st wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Bracknell Forest Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Munnar. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered stunning views. The staff was very professional and took great care of us. I booked it for our 1st anniversary and surprised my wife, we loved every moment! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Special thanks to Muthu selvam and other staff.

We had booked for post Christmas holidays. We had an absolutely delightful stay at Bracknell Forest Resort. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Had booked 2 Superior Cardamom View rooms for 2 families, it was in the same floor with extra common space and table for family activities and Rooms were spacious, neat and clean, spacious balcony with a great view to relax. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. A special mention goes to the manager Sam during Check-in even though it was late night, he and his team waited for us to arrive, by keeping the buffet counter open for us to finish our dinner . He and his team were incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to ensure guests were comfortable. The staff's hospitality truly made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to any family looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great food!

I would have given this place a 5 star. The manager promotes his brother’s vehicle for local trip. The driver is a goon. He was taking us to all commercial places and we weren’t willing to get down from the Jeep. Finally he started yelling at our kid asking if our kid goes to school and has brains. It led into a word war. We didn’t fell safe with the driver. ||Pls look at better avenues of raising your income through tourists and not by having tie ups with these kind of goons. ||Super disappointing.||Food was very very oily and just close to edible.
