Yelp
There's just too many good things to say about this place in one review so I'll try to make it quick.
I've had a wonderful privilege of living coast to coast, and moving across the country four times back-and-forth.
That's a lot of eating out...
Braddocks is a gem and I can say this with zero hometown bias, the place stands up and wins against similarly themed country style, mountain folk,
Road weary traveler, comfort food establishments across this great country.
- the food, the look and the feel is 100% authentic here and warm friendly and fun. But the thing you have to understand is the chef isn't just a comfort food specialist, he is a gourmet.
His original recipes, and takes on your typical country style cuisine, comes with an artistic twist that is simultaneously easily accessible, delicious, and ORIGINAL.
And this happens while adhering to a principle that some of these dishes establish on their own backed up by generational culinary traditions.
In other words, meatloaf should be delicious meatloaf with a succulent flavor, and delicious sides and at braddocks you'll get that. But on the weekends, if traditional meatloaf is not what you're after, well guess what: there's more surprises on the menu for you to choose from that are hand selected from chef Bolish and his team's bag of original tricks. See the photo for an example. Its a new round of fun surprises every week.
And it's hella good and hella fun.
Eat up!
