This bed & breakfast was perfect for us. We stayed in mid-September for five nights to attend a wedding. Our room (Bradford Suite) was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The entire in was furnished just the way you would picture a historic inn. The owner/innkeeper was so accommodating, informative, and wonderful to talk with! Since the wedding was in Bristol, we rarely had to use our car. Bristol is very walkable and quaint. There are many very good restaurants within blocks of the Inn. We would definitely return!!

Visited Bristol over 4 years while our son was in college here. Stayed in most of the town Inns, and the Bristol Harbor Inn (more of a hotel.) Bradford-Dimon-Norris became our first choice. Great, large, rooms. House has history. Brian is a great host. ||Admittedly, breakfast is minimal. Brian I think accurately feels that with a number of great breakfast options in town (a few of which are just steps from this house), he'll just offer coffee/tea, maybe a bagel or yogurt, and let those interested in a more substantial meal, go explore what's around town.

We celebrated our wedding at Linden Place and stayed at the Bristol Bed and Breakfast this past weekend. Our stay was ideal. Brian was flexible and attentive leading up to our big weekend, accommodating a number of changes due to the virus. He ensured everything was prepared for us to get ready the morning of the event and even considered small details such as the best lit space on a rainy day. The breakfast was more than we expected, and the homemade muffins truly were as good as the previous reviews suggest. (P.S. My grandmother very much appreciated the extra cranberry-orange muffins you allowed us to take home. They were gone by the evening.)

We have stayed 2 years in a row at the Bradford-Dimond Norris House and we have already made our reservation for 2023. This home is located in the heart of Bristol in the downtown vicinity just 1 block from the waterfront and next door to Linden Place. You could not have a better location to all of the restaurants and shopping in Bristol, RI. Additionally, this beautiful home is an architectural gem and is immaculately clean, well maintained and has the most friendly and nicest inn keepers (Brian & Kerry). I cannot say enough about their hospitality & warmth. The rooms are lovely, spacious and very, very comfortable (bed & furniture) and clean. The grounds of the home are absolutely lovely as well. We now live in FL but grew up in Bristol and visit yearly; and I would not want to stay anywhere else. Being an interior designer, I am very picky about cleanliness, atmosphere, etc. - Bradford-Dimond-Norris House is truly a gem and we look forward to our visit every year!

What an absolutely wonderful B and B in the heart of Bristol, steps from the water, shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. The house itself is historical and is right next to Linden Place- a must see mansion of the rich and famous founders, including the Barrymores. Our host, Brian, was terrific with recommendations for dining and things to do and made you feel more like family than guests. Breakfast conversation was wonderful, the rooms lovely and well appointed and one couldn't ask for a better location to explore the area. What a great pairing of history and hospitality!

The Bradford Dimond Norris House is a gem in Bristol, located walking distance to waterfront restaurants and shops. BDN House has nicely maintained period furnishings. Our room (Norris Room) was clean, spacious and had the most comfortable bed. Homemade blueberry muffins at breakfast were delicious. Brian the innkeeper is a wonderful host and local historian. Will come back for another stay at BDN House in summer when we visit Blithwold Mansion and Arboretum.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and the hotel the other guests were staying at was full so we stumbled upon this B&B. We are so happy we did! The home is extremely well kept and clean, there were fresh flowers in our room and throughout the house, and Brian made the most delicious lemon poppy seed muffins I've ever had. The location is ideal - within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in downtown Bristol. We stayed in the Norris room and the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels smelled fresh, and anything we needed, Brian was there to help. He even drove us to Mount Hope Farm where the wedding took place! We had a wonderful experience and if we're ever in town again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you, Brian!

Yelp
I had a wonderful overnight stay last week. After a very long day this warm inviting bed and breakfast was the perfect place for me to relax and decompress. Brian's hospitality is top notch ;knowing I needed gluten and dairy free options for breakfast he made a delicious batch of GF/DF muffins. I took my coffee and muffins out to the cozy front porch and enjoyed people watching. My room was adorable and extremely clean. I will absolutely be back for another stay very soon. The location is perfect to shops and dining and the beach. 10 out 10!!!

Yelp
I don't know where to start. Bristol RI is definitely worth a trip. The Inn is located in the center of the historic district. Plenty of coastline, restaurants and green spaces within walking distance. The town is full of historical buildings and houses. The town takes COVID seriously. I felt safe The Inn is wonderful. The Innkeeper Brian is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. There is a lovely front porch and a beautiful patio for sitting. Next door is an amazing museum. Brian is following all COVID guidelines. I can't decide if I want to stay forever or come back real soon. Don't miss this lovely experience.

Yelp
Outstanding stay in this historic home. Really large guest suite with lovely updated bathroom. Immaculate house and grounds. Owners are hospitable and eager to please while allowing guests privacy and freedom. We loved sitting during evening and breakfast on the front porch overlooking town. One of our best overnight stays!

Yelp
Our family stayed here the weekend my son was married. The wedding was held at The Linden Place so this was so convenient for us. (right next door) All the wedding activities were within walking distance of this inn which made it easy for all. We used the dining room and sitting room for an extended family and friends breakfast the day after the wedding. Brian made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. I would recommend this for a family wedding or a nice weekend away.

Yelp
What a lovely bed and breakfast! My husband, 10 year old daughter and I spent one night at the Bradford-Dimond-Norris House and had a wonderful experience. The owner was very accommodating and so friendly. The home was beautiful and breakfast was delicious! The entire experience was just delightful and we will definitely return next time we are in town!

Yelp
After booking our daughter's wedding in Bristol almost two years ago, we went on a hunt to find a place that could accommodate lodging for our family. We didn't have to look very far, the Bradford Diamond Norris House was our first stop! When we entered the Inn, we knew immediately that this was going to be the place for us to stay. Brian Travers, the Inn's owner, warmly greeted us at the door and took us on a tour of the rooms and property. Fast forward to this past week, I have to say we even loved the Inn more. The spacious rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, service were amazing. The enormous sitting room and dining room were wonderful for our family gatherings. They also accommodated my daughter and her bridesmaids getting ready in the morning. Don't forget to take time out of your stay to enjoy the Inn's beautiful front porch. If you're lucky, Brian and Kerry Travers will enjoy a drink with you! We can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Owners are so nice, the home is beautiful. Circa 1789-wedding cake style house right next door to Linden Place, one block from the bay!
