It is only an 18-minute scooter ride from Lovina. This is the largest Buddhist temple in Bali. Just make sure to dress respectfully when visiting; shoulders and knees should be covered. But sarongs are provided at the entrance (in case you forgot to bring it yourself)

Great place to visit. Little gem in the hills. A great place to visit — a little gem tucked away in the hills. The temple and surrounding grounds are beautiful and well worth the trip. Entry was 35k per person, which felt fair for the experience. If you're feeling adventurous and confident on a motorbike or scooter, consider taking the countryside road from here to the Twin Lakes. Just be cautious: the road is quite narrow, and at one point the asphalt gives way to concrete tracks designed for single wheels. It’s manageable, but definitely not for beginners.

This location is an absolute gem tucked into the hills of Bali. The grounds are stunning, meticulously kept, and radiate a sense of serenity that hits you the moment you arrive. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the calm, inviting atmosphere. What stood out most was how peaceful it felt. There were very few tourists, and those who were there moved quietly and respectfully, making the experience feel authentic rather than crowded. The temple provided not only incredible photo opportunities but also the rare chance to slow down and truly absorb the local culture. A must-visit for anyone seeking beauty, stillness, and a genuine cultural connection.

Came here around 17:00 on a week day and we were the only 2 guests alongside with another couple. The temple is large — expect at least 1 hour to explore it all in tranquillity. The gardens are kept beautifully. The place is quiet and invites visitors to really enjoy the tranquillity. Inspiring how the architecture combines Balinese and Buddhist style, reflecting local culture and traditional Buddhist symbols. Entrance is 35k for international visitors.

You don’t have to be Buddhist to appreciate the tranquility and beauty of this place. It's a Bali’s largest Buddhist monastery, it’s not only a spiritual site but also a place of natural beauty and calm. Perfect for anyone who wants to take a break from the noise of daily life. We have to dress properly here because it is still an active place of worship and spiritual practice. So please respect and don't make too much noises.

Visiting this magical Buddhist monastery again 5 years after doing a 7 day silent retreat here! The setting and views are simply spectacular. This is a very special and spiritual place, not commercial at all and they have kept the entrance very reasonable at 35k including a sarong they lend you. You can meditate in the quiet and cool dharma halls or stroll the grounds and admire the beauty of the place. Highly recommend a visit and its a short 20 minute ride from Lovina. Enjoy and may you be happy 😊

Amazing Buddhist temple, a hidden gem close to Lovina! Definitely have a visit. There’s an entrance ticket of less than 30k and 2k parking for motorbikes.

Must visit when in North of Bali. Beautifull and large site. Very peacefull and not so crowded. You can spend about 1 hour over here. Good to know: you can take a grab to the site, but if you want to return...grab isnt available at that adres. Best to make an appointment with your driver for an pickup time....otherwise you have to walk quite a long time.
