Spa day - Second visit, both times lovely. Friendly welcoming staff. Massage was best I've ever had and would be a reason in itself to go back. Afternoon Tea delicious as was evening meal. Facilities nice, steam and sauna, jacuzzi, space for a group to lounge by the pool or relax in one of two quiet rooms. Calm cafe and lunch rooms. It is a hotel with spa and gym facilities and close to Brands Hatch race track which can be noisy if you're outside, but we didn't need to venture outdoors. Would go back again.

A great experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist Debbie who was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requests were met, obliging us with an early check in time. The rooms were just as described. Beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need in them. We especially loved the crisp spotless white bedding that led to a restful nights sleep. On to the hotel restaurant where we met our waiter Chris who made our dining experience so memorable with his charming and friendly nature.We can honestly recommend here for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay ! I booked the sumptuous spa break for my wife’s birthday. We stayed overnight, arriving in the afternoon and used the gym. Dinner in the evening, food was delicious. Breakfast first thing and then a full body massage at 10am followed by the spa lunch at midday. Every member of staff was brilliant, always very attentive and made sure everything was right. On arrival my wife had a card and small box of chocolates to wish her a happy birthday, a very nice touch. Our massage was excellent, I’m out of my comfort zone with this, not my thing but it was very enjoyable. My wife has visited before and thoroughly enjoyed it again, both leaving feeling very relaxed. Once again I have to say the staff were brilliant, always smiling and making you feel welcome, thank you everyone for making my wife’s birthday treat very special.

My mother treated me to a birthday treatment. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The facility’s have a lovely pool, me and my mum loved the hot tub and we had the tub to ourselves most of the morning. They also have a sauna and a steam room which were at a good temperature. For the treatment I went for a face and body combo which was so good! The only downside was the therapist used a product that did burn on my skin, however my skin is very sensitive and I probably should have let her know that beforehand. My mother went for a full body massage and found it relaxing and enjoyable. The ladies were both lovely and good at their jobs. I think my favourite room was definitely the relaxation room. Just reading in a warm comfy bed was amazing. And the coffee was good too. Lastly we had an afternoon tea and the waiter was warm and made us laugh. The sandwich was so good! We were so full, we didn’t have time to eat dessert. I liked that they gave us a takeaway box, so we could still enjoy the desserts at a later time. 100% would go back and will be recommending it to all my friends for a special treat. Also my skin is glowing!

Had an amazing spa day here today. The staff are awesome, there is a fab pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We enjoyed a body scrub, massage and my wife had a manicure. All excellent (big thanks to Ellie and Jess). The afternoon tea was lush and we will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend.

Had a fabulous Spa day with my daughter. We had an amazing body scrub, back neck and shoulder massage and then a facial. Ellie and Jess were exceptional!!! Then onto a champagne afternoon tea, with some delightful treats and relax in the Relaxation lounge. All staff were fantastic and the facilities were great too! Highly recommend 😊

We stayed at Brands Hatch Place on 22nd and 23rd May for our daughters wedding which was held elsewhere |We cannot fault the team there, they weee so helpful. They assisted us emptying our cars, carrying luggage to the rooms and helping on the day with trays of water|The dining room team were so helpful accommodating us all for breakfast with all the comings and goings of a large family gathering. Thank you so much

I really liked the service and communication. Everything was on point. I rebooked this hotel again for my birthday celebration and recommended it to my friends. I hope it won't disappoint the second time. I will make sure to re-visit the review after my stay. First time everything went really well, except for the bottle on arrival ( it wasn't waiting for us in the room), but that's just a detail. I really liked the spa and pool wasn't too crowded. My facial was really nice and the dinner was really great.
