Saw “Plum-Cots” at Publix in NC and they are very tasty and juicy. I also eat the seed inside the pits. First bag was great. 2nd/3rd bags, fruit doesn’t have a developed seed. Will go back to just buying plums. Keep trying Brandt Farms.
Answer to owner: seeds are small, just swallow whole with drink. Seeds/kernels in apricots, peaches, plums, apples, grapes, watermelons, even almonds and 2000+ plants have natural health benefits when eaten along with the fruit. Amygdalin is a natural enzyme within that helps fight free radicals such as cancer. Used for thousands of years around the world. Though vilified in US by big pharma, because they can’t Patent it, due to its traditional uses everywhere, and make billions off of it. The outer pit is not edible. But intact with seed, used to grow a new tree.
