Brandy Melville - Covent Garden

Went into shop yesterday with my mum, the shop was very crowded and overstimulating which makes sense because it was christmas time but thankfully with the help of the shop assistant Ophelia, i was able to pick out exactly what i wanted. She provided excellent customer service with great advice as she clearly knew what she was doing. Ended up buying 2 pairs of trousers and one quite expensive jumper, stunning clothes.

I visited the store today with my son in his pram, and it was quite tough to get around since the store was so busy. One of the workers, Lola, was amazing and helped me pick out clothes, gave me different options to choose from which made everything so much easier. I really appreciated her kindness and patience!

I often buy from Brandy online, but usually feel too judged shopping instore as a boy, but the staff member made me feel so welcome today. Her name was Sofija, she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this branch, the staff are lovely! I don’t know how they manage to treat everyone with such kindness despite the stress of it being such a busy store.

I was discriminated against in this location. They refused to let me try on the clothes. There was a line of girls with clothes piled in their hands waiting in the line to try on clothes. The hijabi woman working at the fitting room told me that they “worked there” when clearly they didn’t. They were standing in a line with a pile of clothes and chatting away. I handed the huge pile of clothes I was going to buy to her and walked out of the store. I don’t know if I was discriminated against because of my size or my race. Either way, I will never return to Brandy Melville after this. I am contemplating sharing my negative experience on my platform online. Anyway, I Went across the street to Urban Revivo and found amazing clothes. I spent hundreds of pounds that I was going to spend at Brandy Melville at Urban Revivo instead. The staff there greeted me with kindness and respect. I’d highly recommend others to give their business to Urban Revivo instead.

Lots of people love it - looks to me like a smart way to make a lot of money by selling mediocre clothes to teens. But must admire the market knowledge and business sense. The shop is super crammed and lots of things (everything?) is one size. And in my opinion overpriced for what it is. Some nice items for sure but not of a quality worth the asking price.

I was here yesterday and some girl with red hair ( I think) was nasty towards me and other customers; giving side eyes and just being rude/ blunt overall. Great clothes, however the staff make the shop unlikeable. Nasty, nasty girls

Was here before Christmas, looking to get gifts for the family. When I asked if they sold a selection of tops in a different size, the employee with red/ginger hair laughed in my face and said “we don’t sell clothes for sea beasts, loose some flubber and come back.” I was so shocked by this response I didn’t say anything and just left. She made trombone noises as I walked away, disgusting!!

You spend the money there but feel like you should be grateful that they decide to sell you anything. Terrible customer service, rude staff, who think they are better than the customers. Taking advantage of teenage customer base which won't complain. I went there with my daughter yesterday, we had a few things to pay for. We wanted to buy a jumper which had make up stains by the neck and asked for a discount, the employee offered a 10% discount with the caveat that we won't be able to return it. We decided against the discount and the employee said we won't be able to return it anyway as "it's damaged" - such a clear violation of Consumer Rights.

I had walked into brandy Melville as it is a place, I love to shop at. I was not greeted once, the workers were very bratty and rude. I asked if they had the specific item in a different style and I got a rude look and told me no. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I was given, especially when I went to checkout, I had two long sleeve shirts and two pairs of shorts. One of the long sleeves supposedly didn't have a tag, which I wasn't aware of. The worker than asked me to go find that specific shirt with a tag which was upstairs, while there was a bunch of the workers just standing around. I was very unsure of why I (as the customer) am going upstairs instead of communicating with the other employees to go find the shirt. I explained there was only one shirt left and it was upstairs. She then told me to go "double check" as if I would lie about this? I absolutely do not recommend this brandy Melville whatsoever and it is so insanely sad these people don't know how to treat others or clearly do there job either. Don't waste your time here.

I absolutely love this shop! The clothes are adorable and there's always something cute to buy! And the clothes and shop always smell AMAZING!!! My only complaints is how the staff treat their costumers, there is no costumer service whatsoever and it feels like the ours there only to take your money and get you out the store. I also think it would be a lot nicer and a more popular shop if they were more size inclusive!!! But other than that it's a cute shop!

Brandy Melville is one of my favorite shops and best casual attire you can find in any season of the year. They're always up to trend, especially at this location. The shop is pretty large, and there's always a large quantity of product. Love this place!

super rude staff, blasting music, very judgey vibes (but if you've been to a brandy location before it's exactly as you'd expect)

I love the clothes and find them fashionable, comfortable and quite affordable but am only giving a rating of 1 star because of the staff at the covent garden store. I have been there a few times and each time the girls who work there are very cold and have poor customer service skills but the last time I went, I tried on some clothes but the dressing rooms were full and was told I will 'just have to wait till someone comes out' very bruskly by a girl working there who didn't even look at me, as I seem to have interrupted her conversation about a boy with another colleague right in front of the dressing rooms. Clearly the hiring procedure is to just find young thin girls rather than anyone with people skills or customer servicer experience.

One of my girlfriend's favourite shops as usual she found a few pieces she liked and subsequently purchased. Nevertheless, the experience was met by down by poor customer service at the till. The staff looked uninterested in general and then our items were stuffed into a bag, rather than being folded. Great shop, poor experience.
